"We spent 8 days at the villa with 19 family members from 7 yrs old to 90. From the very beginning the fantastic communication with Alex the host made it very easy to book and have all our questions answered. The villa offers so many delightful places to hang out as a group or in more intimate groups. "This property was full of surprises! From the bountiful flower garden, the unique stone art sitting areas on each floor, and the wonderfully outfitted rooms! But what was even greater than the full sea view from the balcony, was the hospitality of the host who lovingly maintains the property grounds, finds books in guests’ language from the borrow library and inquires about his guests’ experiences and adventures. I would not only stay again, but I would entertain a longer stay. LOVED IT!!!"

"Sixteen of us spent one week at this wonderful Villa (ages 4-70 ). Alex and Eleni were so very helpful and responsive throughout our planning process and then again during our stay. We requested 3 dinners made by Chef Dimitri during our stay and clean up by Georgia! They arranged our transportation from the airport to the Villa and back to Athens, ( a 2.5 hour trip ) and when two of our family members were delayed because the airline lost their luggage, Eleni and Alex helped with the delayed...

"There was nothing to dislike. The apartment was clean & the kitchen well stocked . It was nicely furnished & we really enjoyed the old pieces of furniture. The owner was very friendly & helpful. He also met us at the ferry & lead us to the apartment which we probably never would have found on our own. We were greeted each morning with freshly baked buns which was a real treat!"

"Great property for a quite stay. 3 min walking distance to the beach. The property is surrounded by beautiful plants, like rosemary, and many more. The only thing I would add it’s a pool. But for me, it is a 5 star hotel! "

"JUST DELIGHTFUL! 43 years of traveling together and this is one of our favorite spots ever. Open your door from the little brick street and see right through to a tiny island. ALL of the staff are friendly, and the owner makes certain that the place is immaculate, refreshed every year. This is one of the best spots on the beach in Tolo, and the lounge chairs are definitely the nicest. Be sure and have their excellent breakfast delivered to your private patio overlooking the sea!"

"That was the best hotel i ever stayed. Free upgrade. Hugh room with all facilities (refrigerator, oven, hair dryer, they have even a fire place) The hotel have 2 swimming pools (one is private if you book the 2 specific rooms.) Breakfast it could be little better but still i am very satisfiyed. Highly recommend "

"Loved the quietness of the island which made sleeping excellent. We had a room with a balcony (not many here) and enjoyed sitting, looking over the harbour and enjoying a glass or two of wine. The breakfast was served in a quaint dining area and had a great selection of items to eat. Will definitely come back here again. "
