Its location is a real asset: Anse à l'Âne beach is just 300 metres away and accessible on foot, and Pointe du Bout with its many shops (restaurants, bakery) is just a few minutes' drive away.



Ideal for a stay with friends or family and spread over two levels, the house can accommodate up to 14 travellers.



On the upper floor you will find:

A large living room with its sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for moments of relaxation. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area and fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster as well as a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal.



On the night side, you will find 3 bedrooms:



Room 1: has a double bed (140/190)

Room 2: has a queen size bed (160/200)

Room 3: has a queen size bed (160/200) with its own en-suite shower room with shower and WC and access to the terrace



Another bathroom with shower and toilet completes the main floor.



Accessible by a rather steep staircase from the lounge, the garden level comprises 3 bedrooms:



Room 1: has a queen size double bed (160/200) with a view of the tropical garden

Room 2: has 2 single beds (90/190)

Room 3: accessible only from the ground floor terrace, it has 2 sets of bunk beds (ideal for 4 children or teenagers), and its en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Another bathroom with shower and toilet completes the level. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:

You will enjoy a salt water pool secured by a removable net and its sun loungers. On the shaded terrace, a large table will allow you to share your meals all together, and the lounge area will be ideal for ti-punch or the evening barbecue.
