"Sehr zentrale Unterkunft mit Parkmöglichkeit. Die Altstadt von Trogir ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Zudem gibt es eine Passagierfähre nach Split. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es wieder buchen."

"Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, wer nach oder auch vor der Segelwoche noch eine Unterkunft sucht, ist hier definitiv gut aufgehoben. Es war alles wirklich sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir durften sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen, was nach einer Woche segeln ein absolutes Highlight ist. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr zuvorkommend und stand uns jederzeit für Fragen per WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Einziges Manko ist der Fluglärm. Aber dafür kann niemand etwas, wenn die Landeanflüge direkt über Trogir...

"This lovely one bedroom with additional pull-out couch is clean and in excellent condition. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the location is very close to Trogir old town. You can see the ocean from the patio and a 7-minute walk will get you to one of the only sandy beaches in the area (most are pebble beaches). It is also very close to the Split airport (5 minute drive). I highly recommend this property for your stay in Croatia!"

"Notre séjour a été merveilleux : l’emplacement en face de la mer, un supermarché en bas, parking gratuit, piscine, petits resto dans la rue. L’appartement que nous avions (le 17) est très bien placé avec une vue superbe, tout confort, clim etc. Seul bémol : le bruit du voisinage qui peut gâcher les nuits mais l’établissement n’y peut rien! "Auf unseren Roadtrip durch Südosteuropa sind wir auch in dieser Unterkunft gelandet. Wer für einen schmalen Taler eine passende Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Preis Leistung passt. Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön und hat sogar eine eigene Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und wir durften uns sogar Mandarinen und Apfelsinen von den Bäumen pflücken. "I booked a studio apartment for 2 nights in June and was very impressed - there was plenty of space for 2 people, all the amenities you could possibly want (even a laundry rack, cooking facilities and cutlery) and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location is beautiful and very well-situated for access to both plenty of beaches and the city of Trogir, without feeling busy or tourist-y. The owners themselves are lovely and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable."

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Wir hatten Apartment Nr. 5 im im 2. OG. Nr. 6 wird von den Vermietern bewohnt, die wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, weil sie zu dieser Zeit gerade unterwegs waren. "On the plus side: location allows for easy boat trips, lovely bars and restaurants, beaches are within walking distance. One of the bedrooms was just lovely and Antonia who checked us in was helpful. "Overall it is a nice Apartment, it is very central for supermarket, restaurant and the taxiboat to Trogir is just 20 meters away, very handy ! Ana was very nice and helpful , she was always there when you need something. In the daytime ist is very crowded on the Street and traffic is intensive and sometimes loud. Anyway, we had a nice stay."
