Villa "Sirius" in Costa Paradiso offers you a fantastic sea view. The property is spread over 2 floors and features a sea-view living room, a relaxation room with a sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (maximum 7 adults + 1 child). Minimum booking age is 28 years.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and more. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and washing machine. There is a dedicated workspace for home office or relaxation, plus a SPA bathroom area with a multi-person chromotherapy shower. A cot and high chair are also available.



The private outdoor area includes an unheated hot tub (2 m x 2 m x 1.5 m, up to 5 people), an indoor hot tub, garden, open terrace with sun loungers and outdoor shower, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and mobile outdoor shower. The property is just minutes from shops, restaurants, and bars. We recommend the natural pools and Li Cossi beach.



There is one parking space both outdoors and in the garage, also suitable for motorbikes and bicycles; street parking is free where permitted. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available, and smoking is not permitted inside.



Beach/pool towels and bath towels are available for an extra charge. Bed linen and towels are included; special requests for type or quantity of linen must be paid for on site. The property follows waste separation guidelines and uses energy-saving lighting. Pool preparation cannot be guaranteed for bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance.
