Costa Paradiso, a natural park renowned for its unspoiled beauty, serves as a strategic base for exploring northern Sardinia. Nearby, you’ll find enchanting beaches like Li Cossi and Valle della Luna, as well as charming towns such as Palau and Tempio. The Costa Smeralda is just an hour’s drive away, and major ports and airports are easily accessible: Olbia (85 km), Alghero (95 km), Porto Torres (70 km).

The villa offers a bright living-dining room, a kitchenette, a terrace with a pool, and private parking.

The villa features a spacious and bright living-dining area with an open-plan kitchenette, a cozy sitting room overlooking a terrace with a private pool, and a sleeping area separated by six steps. This area includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with direct access to the terrace.

The sleeping area is well separated from the living area, ensuring maximum privacy, thanks to the six-step difference in elevation leading to a hallway. From here, you can access a bathroom and two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds, both equipped with French doors that open directly onto the external terrace, enhancing the comfort and intimacy of the spaces. The villa can accommodate up to six people thanks to the presence of a sofa bed in the living room.

Outside, a charming covered veranda facing the pool and offering sea views is furnished with a table and chairs.
