La casa está en un sitio precioso y la piscina es imprescindible.

El alquiler es correcto , pero hay varias cosas a reparar. Tumbonas , las mosquiteros y algunas baldosas de la piscina. Pero en general muy bien.

Property:-Very suitable for families with children-Part of the "Costa Paradiso" community on the island (restaurants/bars, shops, medic available) -Clean bed-sheets, bath-towels and all-around amenities-Good positioning on the island - not too far from Olbia, and also you can enjoy the sunset at the pool, 10 minutes walk from the shore-Property management helpful and flexibleSardina:-A must visit to relax and enjoy the mediterranean-Discover many beaches, mountains, nature and hidden gems-Since it is an island the warm climate is even more bearable with the breeze of the sea

Good location, but house with shortcomings.

The house is quietly located in the remote picturesque coastal village of Costa Paradiso. The place is located a bit away from the sights, so you should allow for longer drives. The house is generally quiet, however there is a local collection point for bottles and residual waste on the road which is much used. Occasionally wild boars and cats pass by the property, which feel at home throughout the village and follow fixed routes in search of food. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. The terrace is shared with the neighboring house (Villa Agave), which was occupied by friendly young people during our stay. The pool is large and is maintained every day. The house is functionally furnished. There is no TV and no dishwasher. The equipment in the kitchen was basic and incomplete - no scissors, drainer, kitchen knife. Note: there is an espresso maker but no coffee maker as listed in the ad. The dresser drawers are sluggish and some are broken. There are showers in the two bathrooms and also a washing machine. Upon arrival, we had to have the shower head replaced for one shower, as the old shower head sprayed all over the bathroom. In the other shower, the warm water could hardly be regulated. Here the faucet needs to be replaced urgently. The best thing about the house was RINA from the agency who helped us with all our problems.

tolle Landschaft mit spektakulärer Küste

Wir hatten ein tolles Haus mit Pool. Die Familie hat den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und die Kinder wollten am liebsten da bleiben. Das Ferienhaus war wie bei FeWo beschrieben und die Landschaft mit der Steilküste spektakulär.

Lovely peaceful location

We had a lovely 2 weeks stay. Whatever the property lacks in modern amenities, it more than makes up for in its stunning location and its lovely well maintained pool. It was our first time in Sardinia and we visited the Archipelago La Maddalena, Castelsardo and Alghero. Would recommend.

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Porcospino sehr genossen! Die Lage ist herrlich mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer! Der Ort Costa Paradiso ist sehr faszinierend mit den vielen geschliffenen Felsformationen. Gerne wieder!

Veranda sulla piscina: spettacolare!

La nostra seppur breve vacanza è stata proprio perfetta. La villa era molto ben tenuta, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la magnifica veranda che si trova proprio di fronte alla piscina, per cui abbiamo potuto sfruttare le ore più calde del giorno per prendere un pò di sole e nello stesso tempo mangiare o bere qualcosa all'aperto. Ci siamo proprio rilassati! L'agenzia con la quale abbiamo prenotato, Sardinia Unlimited, è stata molto cordiale e professionale. Il check-in ed il check-out si fa comodamente direttamente in casa, sempre con un collaboratore della stessa agenzia. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti!!!

Perfect place to relax!

Unfortunately only one night in this beautiful villa with a stunning view! We appreciated mostly the hydromassage pool and the location, very close to beautiful beaches; one of them (Li Cossi) could be reached with a path amongst the nature. We loved it! We’ll definitely come back next summer to appreciate the rest of the surroundings; Sardinia is a beautiful land full of history, good food and wine. Thanks to Sardinia Unlimited we had a reservation in a great restaurant in Castelsardo.

Very relaxing place...

Points: - very comforting - not far away from the sea - the approach to the sea is full of rocks - big terrace which opens the beautiful view to the sea - not so many shops and restaurants - there is a pier, where we took a boat ( they concierge office helped us in renting it) it was a very good vacation. Many thanks to Sardinia Unlimited for his communicability and the solution of minor problems. Pool was shared but we were mostly the only ones using it.

Nice holiday home!

Very, very nice this house. To be a holiday home is furnished and equipped very well. We appreciated the terrace and the pool, the cleanliness, the courtesy of the person who welcomed us but above all the punctuality, the professionalism in providing information and the timeliness in solving the things. highly recommended

Just wonderful!

Villetta Porcospino was just as in the description, we were also lycky to find a new kitchen what was a surprise. The pool and the view are super! It is not the first time we book with Sardinia Unlimited agency and they are really helpful and well-organized. Thank you! We will definetely come back..
