The indoor spaces are well-equipped and bright, with a master bedroom, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed. The brightness is really good, each room has a window, while the living room is equipped with a large sliding French door, sideboard, table with matching chairs and bench, satellite TV + radio/CD player. The kitchen is complete with a stove, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave with oven. Inside the house there are other facilities such as an iron and ironing board and a washing machine.

The outdoor spaces are well-equipped with 2 tables, chairs, and 1 sofa bed.
