Moreover, there are several small bays about 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel, and sunbathe. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area, permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper, helichrysum, and corbezzolo (strawberry tree).

Casa Rosa is a family holiday home making part of four villas constructed in typical Sardinian style and located in unique position over the sea. This small villa is a perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 metres from a wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia. Moreover there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe. The villa hasmagnificent seaviews and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosmarine, juniper, helichrythm and corbezzolo (strawberry tree). By the swimming pool of this rent apartment in Sardinia there are chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower. The house can accommodate maximum five people and consists of a living room with a sofa and a modern kitchen and a big terrace with seaview and grill on the upper floor and two sleeping rooms (one with a double bed and the other with three single beds), bathroom and a second spacious terrace on the lower floor.
The access to the swimming pool is from the lower floor.
