La empleada nos recibió en ventanilla temperatura -6 C hizo esperar 15 minutos afuera y también muy grosera , en la mañana fui a hacer check out y el lobby todo súper sucio y tirado, la habitación hasta con la puerta rallada de vandalismo . Muy mal .

The staff was very polite and helpful the entire stay. They were clearly doing their best- but our room was disgusting. Long black hairs around sink shower, bug corpses littered on floor and window sill, patio had bird poop all over it. Just underwhelming in comparison to some of the other hotels in the area.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It is right next to the highway so I’m glad I brought earplugs. Also, the exterior seemed to be in shambles. Easy access to downtown area was really nice.

The place is pretty run down, but staff was wonderful and the mattresses were excellent. Disappointed that there was no breakfast, especially for the price we paid. But they did have good coffee.

Nice stay
The staff were super friendly. I was in the area to look at houses so I talked to them about their experience with the area. They were helpful and good at their jobs. The room wasn't huge but it had everything I needed and it was clean. The air conditioner was very powerful.

The first room smelled but the staff was so polite as they put us into a different room which was fine. Unfortunately the hotel sits just off the highway and a very busy street so it was very noisy at times.

Dear Aaron,You took our two white comforters to cover for your car because of rain, fear of hail, and your car is 50k, and more valuable. You had no respect for our property. You asked for 2 more blankets, we provided. We didn't charged you for the damage. You stayed the entire night and didn't check out until morning but called Expedia and claimed differently. When your demand for a refund is not granted, you gave us a one star.

My kids and I were driving into a huge thunderstorm at night and needed somewhere to stay quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s an older motel, but being redone and very clean.

Staff was very nice but the facility was in a state of disrepair. Room was clean, but needs upgrading and paint. The outside of the building was the same way. It looked like it was in a state of transition. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Had a dead bug on the bathroom counter. Disappointed. Thought it would be a little nicer since it was a Wyndham.

There are only two hotel options for staying in town in Trinidad and I really wanted to be able to park and wonder around town. Although some of the reviews are less than desirable, I decided to take a chance and am happy that I did. The outside and lobby appearance is a bit run down and dated; however, my room, itself, was updated, clean and comfortable. Good bed, good linens, marble counters on two sinks, fridge, micro wave, and toiletries in sustainable containers all get points from me. The only thing that I missed was not having a coffee maker in the room; but, somehow I managed to get some coffee in the lobby.

No coffee in room so thought I could get a cup in the morning in the lobby. Doors were locked at 6:30am-no access to lobby. No one in site, not a person to be found. If coffee isn't provided in room, at least, have coffee in lobby. Also, breakfast was supposed to be included but again nothing available.

This motel was very clean and comfortable. The person that checked us in was very polite.The beds were nice and so were the pillows. the rooms were quiet, the only thing to be aware of is limited parking for oversize vehicles. I would stay again if in area.

Mid week check in took 20 minutes, way too long. Was the desk clerk in training? Weather strip on outside door was very poor. With no carpeting in the room, the floor was always cold.

I didn’t even stay because the room had bugs and the floor was a filthy mess I couldn’t believe it and then the lady wouldn’t even try to give me a different room to accommodate the room being in such ways! Never again will I even give that town money

Very disappointed
I will be calling you… We tried to get into our room(1st room offerred) and locks were frozen so could not get in. Manager of hotel came to try himself and in his own words said “ locks were frozen”. He gave us another room, walked in with some difficulty getting in to that room. Then when in, tried getting out of door from inside and was locked in for period of time. Could not get out. We went to say we were not staying and wanted refund. Manager would not give it stating we had to go through this site and my email. VERY disappointed!!! Will NEVER stay at this site. After driving 12 straight hours and needing reputable GOOD service, this is definitely NOT the place!

There is no pool table as pictured and after two days of snow they did not shovel the sidewalks or put ice salt down. The parking lot was pure ice.

Pictures of the property make it out to be a lot nicer than in actuality. Rooms are dark with little lighting. Bed comfort was average and location by the highway is noisy.
