La habitación es muy espaciosa, dispone de una pequeña cocina y tienen sobres de café, azúcar, infusiones... La recepcionista fue muy amable ya que nos orientó sobre como llegar al alojamiento debido a que la calle de acceso al hotel que nos indicaba Google Maps estaba en obras y no había manera de buscar una alternativa, por lo que ella nos estuvo guiando durante 20 minutos hasta que pudimos llegar allí. En la calle del alojamiento no es posible aparcar, y ella nos aconsejó acercarnos a la zona del puerto, ya que sólo pasabamos una noche y ahí es zona azul (a partir de las 20 horas hasta las 9 del día siguiente no se paga).

Muy bien, pero se cimbra mucho...
El departamento está en una excelente ubicación, están muy bien cuidadas la cocina, el baño y la habitación. Sin embargo, el punto negativo es que se cimbra entero cuando caminan en la habitación de arriba, así como también los ruidos del departamento contiguo.

Todo tipo de facilidades
Llegamos después de la hora límite. A pesar de que la recepción estaba cerrada, tienen arbitrados mecanismos para que, aunque el personal no esté en la oficina, se pueda disponer de todo lo necesario para acceder al apartamento y utilizar todos los servicios del mismo.

No me enviaron el código para poder ingresar a la propiedad. Nadie responde cuando tienes una emergencia. Tuve que pasar la noche en el lobby de otro hotel y no se hicieron responsables, no devolvieron el dinero y Expedia tampoco reconoce el error. La peor experiencia de mi vida!

Arrivée de la croisière à 10h . Pas de consignes sécurisées dans le hall . Seul point négatif avec un problème au niveau de l’isolation. On entend marcher le voisin du dessus et fenêtre qui ne ferme pas complètement donc bruit de l’extérieur… Très bel établissement joliment décoré et bon emplacement..

Aparthotel muito bom !
Localização excelente ! Infraestrutura do apartamento muito boa ( cama, chuveiro, cozinha) exceto o ar condicionado que tem temperatura mínima de 23° ( insuficiente para o calor no dia da hospedagem ) com o agravante de não ter funcionado no segundo dia da hospedagem . O check in foi um pouco conturbado pois tem que ser feito tudo por e-mail , não há funcionários de plantão, e para quem está em trânsito nem sempre consegue abrir e-mail todos os dias .

Conveniently located but be prepare for unexpected
The welcome letter check-in and how to enter room procedure will be better in outline format as it 1), 2), .. Room is sizable but did not expect the bed under the slope of the roof. Have to roll or crawl over my husband to get out. Dangerous to walk around the room as another sloping beam in the center of the room.

Flott leilighet og bra sentral beliggenhet. Hyggelig innsjekk og enkel utsjekk. Godt utstyrt leilighet, litt harde senger, men bra nok for en sliten rygg. Enkel tilgang til spisesteder og butikk.

Great location! Worn but clean. Large. It was 36 degrees outside, perhaps that’s why the AC did not manage to cool the apartment to more than 27,6 degrees which was too hot to sleep well

Good Morning Sara!What a strange summer we had. It was really hot and didn't rain for weeks. Even for the most efficently Air Condition System it was really hard to get less than 27 degrees. We are sorry if you didn't sleep well but we are glad that you found our apartment clean and comfortable.

This is a very nice clean apartment in an excellent location. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff is very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage for us while we explored Trieste. It is a quick walk to Piazza Grande, Molo Audace, Grand Canal. There are many shops, restaurants museums close by.

Excellent!
I have nothing but praise for the hosts. They are helpful, responsible, fluent English speakers running a spotless establishment. Breakfast is on an adjoining balcony to the rooms and is tasty and satisfying. My only regret is that I did not book for longer and use as a base - day trips around Etna or to Siracusa for example. Thoroughly recommended ( I would be surprised if you found somewhere of better value).

Great location
Best location in town, close to sights, plenty of restaurants, busting city streets, but very quiet, very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and an excellent helpful staff who will help arrange parking, the main difficulty. Two excellent restaurants about fifty steps away.

Eccellente per visitare la città
Soggiorno in famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini) per 2 notti a fine settembre. Posizione eccellente, a due passi da locali e ristoranti, lungomare e centro storico. Appartamento molto grande composto da 2 grandi camere, ampio bagno con doccia e cucina con tavolo da pranzo. Molto pulito e ordinato, arredamento nuovo e funzionale; la cucina dotata di microonde, piastre a induzione e bollitore. Unica piccola pecca i cuscini molto bassi. In generale una eccellente soluzione per visitare la città.

Ottima posizione in una zona del centro vivace e piacevole. Impossibile trovare parcheggio nei paraggi ( vi sono parking convenzionati poco distanti) , difficile anche sostare nei pressi per scaricare.

Ciao Catia! Grazie per la tua recensione. Essendo nel centro storico, a pochi passi da piazza unità d'Italia, il problema del parcheggio privato è una cosa comune a gran parte delle Strutture. Siamo felici che nel complesso il soggiorno sia stato piacevole!

Sehr zentrale Unterkunft, dadurch leider keine Parkmöglichkeit. Auto kann am Hafen geegn Gebühr abgestellt werden. Betten bequem, jedoch nur Tücher zu zudecken, keine Decken für kühlere Tage. Die Küche hat leider kein Fenster. CheckIn sehr schnell und sehr freundlich.

Appuntamento puliti e comdo, sulle specifiche era indicata macchina del caffè ma in realtà c'era si la moka. Mancanza di lavanderia comune o lavatrice.

Buonasera, molte grazie per il prezioso feedback e la valutazione positiva. Per quanto riguarda la lavanderia, eventualmente ci appoggiamo ad una ditta esterna, proprio perché purtroppo non tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di lavatrice. Esiste inoltre una lavanderia a gettoni esterna alla struttura proprio sul retro del nostro palazzo. Un cordiale saluto da tutto lo Staff

Comfortable stay in Trieste city center
The residences are quite nice and located in downtown Trieste. The check-in schedule is a little bit strange, because of the pause in the middle of the day, but the staff was super helpful in sending instructions to let ourselves in. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, and would definitely stay here again.

Schöne Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in unseren Zimmern. Trotzdem es als Apartment angeschrieben ist, wird täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Für uns war es perfekt.
