Great property. Had reservations at first because it’s connected to a residence but we did feel safe and everything worked out well. We were in town for my graduation from ETSU.

A great experience!

***Please read to the end***Jason was great about communicating with us quickly when we had questions. He reached out before we arrived to see if we needed the sofa bed setup for the grandkids before our arrival which was very helpful. My advise is to read the handbook first when you arrive as it will answer most questions that will come up, also there are little notes around the space that are helpful. My grandkids ages 5 and 7 live in the area so we had them over to visit and there were plenty of games, movies and space for us to spend time with them. The unit is close to resturants and shopping. The only thing that some may find inconvenient that is described in the listing is the low ceiling in "some" areas and the step "up" in the bathroom. I'm 5'8" and this was not an issue for me or my wife but as described in the listing, it may be for others. The ammenities far outweigh this minor issue. Convenient parking and easy entry. I hope that it will be available when we come back for our next trip. Four stars only because of the ceiling and step up in the bathroom but since i am under 5'8" tall i would gladly give five stars.

Surprise trip

I came down to surprise my best friend for her birthday bc she goes to school down here it was a very easy check and didn’t have to do much before we left the host is very accommodating and check on us after our first night it’s a very nice and clean place. It also kept us entertained there are games and a Wii you can use but over all had a great time and would dusty here again

Perfect in every way

The property was conveniently located, clean, modern, and had all necessary supplies and appliances. Jason is a very attentive and personable property owner. I’d definitely stay here again. Just be careful- not ideal if you’re tall. Low ceilings.

A great location to hang your hat for a few days

The property and pictures are exactly as described with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and bath. The place is clean and has all the essentials for cooking. Beds are comfortable with plenty of linens and pillows. Bathroom is well supplied with plenty of large towels. The location is great and quiet. You get your own driveway so parking is easy. Please read Jason's description about height and bathroom step. I am about 5-11 and did just fine but a 6+ tall person would find the support beams that span between the kitchen and living room to be low. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Safe and Comfortable

I was a woman traveling alone, and this was a great pick for me, making me feel safe and secure. Make sure you read about the height in some places of the apartment, as they are very upfront about it, but I was very comfortable! Check in was easy with the lock, and the pictures are accurate as to the accommodations. Bed was very comfortable in the master, and the water temperature and pressure in the shower were great. The kitchen had what I needed to have breakfast each morning including a Keurig with creamer packs and sugar to get me started the first night. The host is very responsive to questions in the app and gave great recommendations for food and activities in the area. Although I was alone, the apartment is very spacious and would be comfortable with the amount of people it sleeps. Parking is right outside the door, and the location is close to downtown and 25 minutes from airport. Everything I wanted to do was 30 minutes or less from this place. It was a great stay, and I will book again for my next retreat.

Our stay

I came to Johnson City to visit family. My elderly mother and my handicapped sister were with me. The only problem was getting up and down an 11 inch step into the bathroom. But we managed. The only other thing was we could hear the owners upstairs moving about, talking and their dog barking. The house is centrally located to everything in Johnson City !

Home away from home!

Absolutely loved this home. It was such a beautiful comfortable stay. We had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend get away! The bed in the master was extremely comfortable. I always felt like we were coming home after exploring the town and Bristol. Highly recommend!

JC Base Camp was awesome!!

We loved our stay here, more spacious than we anticipated, full kitchen and in a great neighborhood! Kids were so excited to play the games that were available on the provided Wii and the other games that were there for us too. We loved Johnson City very much and this was a great place to make our stay comfortable, with the properties own driveway and access made it nice and easy for us to get in and out of the property.
