The property is barrier-free and offers self check-in, with the owners available in person when possible.

You have 1 parking space in a shared garage. Beach towels are provided. Events and smoking indoors are not allowed. Please separate your waste and dispose of it according to the provided schedule. Waste collection is not included in the cleaning fee. At check-out, close all umbrellas, shutters, the main door, and leave the keys in the key box.



The owners do not live in the booked house. The beach is directly accessible. A pizzeria is 3 minutes away. The sea in front is popular with surfers and the area is suitable for sport fishing. The long beach is perfect for walks. In summer, due to the natural surroundings, ants may appear if food or drinks are left out: a little care will prevent this.
