This home was perfect in every way. The space was perfect for our family of 8 including 4 adults and kids ranging from 3 years-11. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and well stocked this home was. The porch was a great spot to relax with a beverage or read a book in the sun. It is located in a quiet spot that was enjoyed every morning and every night after a busy day at the national park. We loved the animals, that made our stay a little more special. The location was perfect for any of our adventures located near or at the park. The host was very thoughtful and had everything we could ever need on hand. The welcome packet with tips for our stay and adventures at the park was very helpful and made our days run a little more smoothly since we aren’t from the area. This is by far the BEST Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic property! We were a group of eight, four adults and four young children, and had a blast staying at this home for almost a week. The house was perfectly clean and very well stocked; the outdoor grill and griddle were so helpful for cooking for a group. The kids loved having a very quiet gravel loop right out front for bike riding and an outdoor basketball hoop and play structure. We all appreciated the ambience of the chickens, horses, and donkey. Make sure to check out the night sky, it was a stunning view from the large deck.We're already planning a trip back. 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay! Bria is a fantastic host. Her communication was excellent and she was very kind and accommodating. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable for a large group like ours. It has everything we needed and more. We enjoyed coming back to this beautiful spot after exploring Acadia and Bar Harbor. The animals were a nice addition to our vacation and both kids and adults enjoyed meeting them. We would definitely stay at Bria’s house again.

My family enjoyed this house! Everything was immaculate!! The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the furnishings were comfortable. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. I was initially worried that the location was a little too far out of the way, but it was a great launching spot for our day trips up and down the Maine coast, while still being accessible to Acadia/MDI. And, the peace and tranquility of this house provided the perfect ending for our busy days. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay!

The house great - clean, spacious, and well appointed with everything we needed! My kids loved visiting the animals multiple times per day! The location was great as well. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit while enjoying the area!

Truly exceptional stay! The home was beautiful, so well appointmented, comfortable and clean! The host has really gone above and beyond to make this a wonderful place to stay. From the black out shades in the bedroom to the book of recommendations they put together for guests about the area, it's clear they put a lot of time and effort into the guest experience!The host was so responsive and kindly left us local goodies to try. Hands down best guest experience we've had!

Beautiful House!

We spent our stay celebrating our wedding! Bria was so incredible and was more than happy to allow us to host our family after. It was such a beautiful house with everything you could ever need! (and Linda the donkey is an added bonus)

14-June-18 2025. Beautiful home, very clean and a super host! The Mitchell's family are great folks with a big just read the farm story during your stay!The home is very well stocked wines, snacks and cooking essentials. Very close to Cadillac Mount, Acadia and downtown Bar Harbor.
