"Absolutely gorgeous little cottage on an acre and a half. The location was less than a mile from Fanning Springs and the boat ramp. We were very close to great bike riding in wildlife as well. The little cottage itself was perfect. Off grid a little so expect it but everything you would need for two people. "Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

"Cute place, I enjoyed the balcony and the back patio a lot. The location is nice and quiet and we felt safe the whole time. The only minor complaint I can have is that I could see some areas of the home that need a deep clean. But it wasn’t filthy or anything. Kind and chill host. Would return!"

"Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning."
