"Extremely poor communication. The property was not ready on our check in date so we had to delay our arrival with significant inconvenience and little empathy from the owner. The property was very clean on the inside but was not as well kept outside as one would expect. Exterior pictures are deceiving. Location is awesome. "Exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, exactly as described with everything you need for basic amenities. Washrooms are outside of the cottage, but not what you’d expect. They’re so clean and cute! Amazing host - Communication great and easy of access into property was perfect. We took bikes so we could ride around and found a nice park close by to tour around. Our son LOVED fashioning off the dock! Overall we had the best experience and can’t wait to do it again. Until next time...

"This is a very impressive condominium. It was clean and in perfect shape when we arrived. The barbecue is excellent. The oven does not heat up as quickly as our own, so sometimes we have to give a recipe an extra 10 minutes. But the heat is still there. It's just a difference at ovens, I suppose. Overall, I can recommend this place very highly. It's quiet, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, and it's only about 2 minutes from downtown Fenelon Falls."

Absolutely ruined weekend trip that cost a fortune that wasn’t reimbursed and we travelled hours from home.
