Ideal location for vast views of Lake Como with quiet evenings and starlit skies. Especially enjoyed the infinity pool and hot tub each day. The backyard is landscaped very nicely, really makes you feel at home.

Absolutely fantastic week! What a great place for 4 people and a dog. Has everything you need. Pool, jacuzzi and wonderful garden. Outstanding view of lake Como. There have been thougt of eveything, even a great TV with surround speakers. So much care and effort put into this place. One of the best places we have stayed. Just a pure joyYou do need a car - it's on the mountain. You actually need a car to get around, when you stay at lake Como. We enjoyed nearby Menaggio (10 min.) And we went to nearby cities like Como(40 min) and Lugano(50 min). And if you have a shopping gene, then go to Fox Town outlets (60 min). They have all the brands.We are looking foward to stay at this fantastic gem again! Thanks!!!

Buiten geweldig, binnen kan een upgrade gebruiken

Plus: Geweldige locatie, geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Ontvangst vriendelijk en goede communicatie. Min: Binnen 2 slaapkamers met harde bedden. Ook 2 badkamers, die wat verouderd zijn. De kamer met keuken is prima, maar meer niet. Inrichting is kortom gedateerd, met goedkoop ogend meubilair en TL licht. Buiten is zoveel beter dan binnen, dat het echt jammer is dat de eigenaar niet wat meer zorg en liefde aan het interieur heeft besteed. Daarom geen 5 sterren.

Fantastic holiday!

We loved our stay in this house. The view of the lake and the mountains beyond made the hot trek up the hill from Lenno worth it (and equally walking down the hill to Lenno brought us quickly to a lovely waterfront setting). The house was immaculate and really well equipped for out stay. The garden is exceptionally well maintained, and beat our expectations - we didn't want to leave, with the fabulous views, swimming pool, hot tub. and plenty of areas for relaxing and eating, with shade available all times of day too. We enjoyed making use of the barbecue for eating at home (the supermarket in Lenno is very well stocked), and we also had some great meals locally too - with Il Cris and Giglio being our highlights. This was one of the best places we've ever stayed, and look forward to returning in future.

Excellent séjour avec vue sur le lac de Côme

Maison parfaitement équipée, jacuzzi et piscine chauffée opérationnels pour notre séjour, superbe vue. Excellente situation pour visiter les incontournables du Lac de Côme. Impossible d'échanger avec la propriétaire via le site Abritel suite à un problème technique, mais heureusement, toutes les infos nous avaient été communiquées à l’avance. Merci à Elisa pour l’accueil parfait. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Amazing property in a perfect location

Everything about the house and the location was impressive. The roads are steep and narrow but you get use to it and it is worth it for the stunning views over the lake and the mountains.

Loved it!

Spectacular views over the lake and very well appointed (Pool towels would have been a nice addition) We went in September and the mosquitoes were a pain (literally) but otherwise a lovely place to relax and easy access to the lake and ferries. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we enjoyed the wine that was left for us. Our interaction with the host was excellent and our welcome from Elisa was delightful. It's true it's difficult to find and the roads are tortuous narrow and steep but well worth the effort. Thank you!

Fantastischer Urlaub mit Panoramablick auf den See

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Der grosszügige Bungalow mit dem riesigen, wunderschönen Garten und Pool liess keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, man findet fast alles was man braucht. Der Garten bietet genügend Schattenplätze, Liegestühle und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die traumhafte Aussicht vom Garten und Pool aus ist einmalig. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great but as other reviewers stated it’s up a steep hill. We had a car that we used on occasion and it was very helpful for grocery runs. The property is really well maintained and the pool is fantastic. The view of the lake and surrounding area is amazing. We would definitely return.

Was für eine Aussicht

Es hat schon was, aus dem 27 Grad beheizten Pool (4x10m) bis nach Bellagio blicken zu können. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man braucht. Alles in allem ein perfekter Familienurlaub. Sehr nette Gastgeber und mit Elisa hat man eine sehr kompetente Ansprechparterin.

Ideal Location

The property has exquisite views of which the online photos don’t do the exact justice. The location is perfect on the lake enabling you to get to Como, Menaggio, Bellagio, etc. easily. There’s a great supermarket nearby, great hiking/walking, a beautiful church, walkable restaurants (although a steep walk back). The pool and hot tub are beautiful. The property is very quiet with everything you need for a short or long stay. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with.

Toller Familienurlaub in absoluter Ruhe

Wonderful house with amazing views

The house is perfectly situated above Lenno, with outstanding views across Lake Como. It has everything you will need inside, with new appliances, large TV, and air conditioning, but the highlight is the well maintained garden, covered and uncovered seating areas, and the large pool with magnificent views. Lenno offers places to eat and beaches to swim in the lake, which is within walking distance if you don't mind hills. Finally, our holiday was delayed two years due to Covid-19 and Nicoletta was extremely responsive and trustworthy in moving our booking to 2022. An amazing house we were sad to leave.
