  • Comfortable lovely apartment in the very center of Lenno: here in Lenno you will find everything you need for your holiday and this apartment is a perfect place to stay with spacious living room/diner that leads to the terrace with view on the lake and surrounding mountain, modern classic Italian style full equipped kitchen with induction hob, 2 comfortable large bedrooms both with balcony and a modern bathroom with big shower.
    1 private car parking free of charge is available just outside the building in a private area.
    In the SAME BUILDING WE RENT ANOTHER 2-bedroom APARTMENT and a studio apartment, if you wish to come with friends or big family, please enquire for more information.
    Ideally located to reach all highlights on Lake Como: the boat stop and bus stop are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and enable you to visit all attractions in this beautiful area. Relax on the private terrace or stroll down to the center with its cafes along the lake including the best Gelato in lake Como, its restaurants and small shops, grocery and supermarket, everything reachable on foot. Even the beautiful man made sandy beach in Lido di Lenno is just 5 minutes ‘walk from the apartment, there you can spend unforgettable days with your children or go for dinner in a unique atmosphere. The public free beach it’s also only 2 minutes away from the apartment and offers a relaxing garden where you can lay in the sun or reach the water for a swim, bar/cafè is right in the same place. Bank and post office at walking distance. Market-day every Tuesday, one step from the apartment, to enjoy a typical atmosphere. Right here in Lenno you will have the possibility to visit Villa Balbianello and its wonderful garden, Villa Carlotta is reachable in 5 minutes ‘drive, Bellagio and Varenna are also very close and you will enjoy a pleasant boat trip to reach them, Menaggio is just 10 minutes by Car from here, Como about 30 minutes and you can reach them by boat, fast-boat or bus. The scenery walk called “Green Way del Lago” crosses Lenno and you can start from here this leisurely and pleasant hike through ancient villages, churches, villas and gardens, by breathtaking views.

    We will be glad to assist you giving you advice on the best way to visit lake Como area, giving you our suggestions on how to go around, good restaurants, beautiful hiking, etc. Please feel free to ask any time.

This property was a great choice for our stay. My friend and I chose this for location and walking distance to the vaporetto, food, grocery, and balbianello (though this is a bit of a walk into balbianello property itself). Ambra was very helpful on directions, where to eat, helping with our luggage, and any questions we had through our stay. The linens were so fresh smelling and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit tollem Blick auf den See und die Berge, die Gastgeberin Ambra ist sehr sympathisch, immer ansprechbar und hat uns gute Hinweise für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir empfehlen das Apartement auf jeden Fall weiter. Der Standort ist super gelegen für Ausflüge per Boot, Bus und zu Fuß. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Rita&Jeanette

Ambra is a wonderful host. Welcoming, helpful and full of useful trip ideas. The property is very clean, comfortable and has wonderful views. It’s perfectly located in Lenno to restaurants, a short walk to the ferry station and has some lovely walks straight from the door. The UNESCO Madonna di Sarcossa is well worth it. Lenno is a residential town and feels calm compared to the touristy Bellagio and Veleria nearby while still having lots of restaurant choice all within walking distance. Cannot recommend Ambra and the apartment enough.

Excellent Accommodation

The location was perfect, a great base for our travels around Lake Como. Ambra made us very welcome and was very informative. The apartment was large, very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Our stay in Lenno was fantastic! We received a warm welcome. Ambra was extremely helpful and responsive. The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful! Would highly recommend staying here!

Even better than expected!!

We knew the place would be great but it even exceeded our expectations. Ambra is a great host and was very helpful with everything. The location of the apartment is fantastic and the views of the lake even better than expected. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Expérience parfaite dans l'appartement de Ambre ! Au delà de la localisation idéale pour visiter plusieurs beaux villages du bord du lac de Côme, l'accueil et la disponibilité d'ambre étaient parfaits ! Nous vous recommandons son appartement sans hésitation !

Impeccable Lenno

Beautifully clean, cool and spacious apartment, close to everything you need in Lenno. Ambra is a delightful host--enthusiastic and helpful. And of all the lakeside towns, Lenno is the most serene. Lovely for swimming, visiting Villa Balbianello, having lunch by the lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious, pleasant apartment. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Our favorite feature was the sunny patio with the beautiful view of the lake. Ambra is a wonderful host- very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the ferry and access to the lake. Very close to Villa del Barbianello. Highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Lake Como!

We had a wonderful stay in Lenno. Our apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spectular views from atop. Our host Ambra is an amazing host and she went above and beyond with recommendations and helping us navigate Lake Como. Would highly recommend. Thank you for everything Ambra!

Die Wohnung von Ambra ist wirklich sehr schön, alles ist neu und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man selbst kochen kann. Von einem der Balkone hat man Blick auf den See. Ambra ist ein sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin, man wird herzlich begrüßt und bekommt Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Family Holiday

We loved the apartment and it was perfect for our family of 4, which included 2 teenagers. The apartment is large, spotless and everything worked well. We loved the balcony where we spent most of our time taking in the spectacular view. Ambra was very friendly, helpful and informative. We would love to return.

Schöne Wohnung mit Seeblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, neuwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Man hat ein schönen Blick auf den See und ist zu Fuss schnell in der Stadt. Die Vermieterin Ambra war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Amazing apartment

Everything was perfect ! The apartment was spacious modern and so clean and very well stocked! Ambra and her husband were so kind and helped us with luggage and even provided shawls for the wedding we went to. It was like staying with family 🇮🇹 The view from both balconies were breathtaking

The place was very clean and comfortable. The view was great. It was pretty easy to get to the ferry, restaurants and grocery store. It is on the third floor but stairs aren’t to bad. The building is very secure and neighborhood is safe. The street in the front is narrow and sometimes the cars and motor bikes go quite fast on it. Would stay there again.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed four wonderful nights in Lenno staying in Ambra’s beautiful apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location, just a short walk from the lakeside was perfect. Ambra was a superb host, checking in on us regularly without being intrusive and full of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to enjoy. We would highly recommend this apartment.
