Quick visit to Lake Como

The property was clean and as indicated in pictures. The location is great, with really nice views from the balcony overlooking the lake. It is a spacious apartment. A few things to note: the bedroom are upstairs with low ceilings. We are an exceptionally tall family and had to crouch in areas of all the rooms in order to not hit our heads. Same in the upstairs bathroom. The stairs only have partial handrails. There is a landing upstairs that has no railing and could be dangerous for someone who doesn’t have the best balance. The pool area did not have any lounge chairs as in the pictures. If you were not in the pool there is no where to sit other than the ground.Wifi did not work on our first night. As we arrived out of office hours we had to wait until the next morning to call. Once we did a technician was sent very quickly and resolved the issue for us.Italy and most of Europe was in a heat wave and the unit was super hot when we arrived. As there is no A/C the only option was to open windows. There are no screens so the night would bring bugs attracted the light and then dead bugs in the morning. Honestly we didn’t sleep well the 2 nights we were there because of the heat. There were only 3 fans and they did not cool anything down, rather just moved the hot air around us. If you depend on coolness for sleeping conditions I would take notice.The location of this property is absolutely amazing! Close to many places that are attractions.

Lovely getaway

Overall we had a fantastic stay, beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Cant really fault the apartments except for 1 issue of having no Internet. A technician was sent out in good time after reporting this but unfortunately he could not resolve the problem so communication with family and going online to book things proved difficult. Otherwise great.

Überhaupt nicht so wie beschrieben und den Preis nicht Wert.

Das einzig schöne war der Ausblick auf den See der ist wirklich Traumhaft. Für den Preis kann man sich aber was besseres suchen. Das Geschier und das Besteck war schmutzig. Vor allem die Pfannen und Töpfe waren nicht sauber. Küchenausstattung wirklich sehr mager. Nicht mal richtige Schneidemesser in der Küche. Auf dem Boden lag sogar noch eine Glasscherbe. Die Bäder waren aber sauber und es gab ein Bide. Angegeben ist das man draußen Grillen kann, dass stimmt so nicht. Auf anfrage, wurde uns eine neue Grillpfanne gebracht? Keine Möglichkeit wie angegegeben draußen zu grillen. Beim Pool ging die Dusche nicht und wir hatten einen Abend Strom ausfall und das Zuständige Personal war nicht erreichbar. Das Wlan ging nicht richtig. Ich habe mitgeteilt das der Föhn kaputt ist, dieser wurde nicht ersetzt. Es waren Private Sachen in den Schlafzimmern lieblos in eine Ecke gestellt und in einem Zimmer war schimmel an der Wand. Wir waren unzufrieden und ich kann das Appartment nicht empfehlen. Auf eine Entschädigung von FeWo warte ich noch.

The Most Perfect View and Location

Super cute and just the right amount of space for our party of 3 (though it could easily fit 4 adults very comfortably). Fully stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. But the view is a showstopper, a gorgeous panorama of Lake Como with mountains in the background. The location is in a small village right off the main road that runs the length of the west side of the lake. It was perfect for getting to nearby towns of Tremezzo and Menaggio and easy access to the passenger and car ferries. The property manager left a welcome gift of breakfast foods and a bottle of wine; perfect for enjoying on the veranda. Property manager was available and quick to respond with any questions. All around a great stay in a really lovely apartment and i would stay again.

Wonderful View!

Great location. Walk down to the lake to easily catch the ferry. The overhead beams upstairs are a bit of a nuisance.
