"The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at £10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise it’s unusable most of the time. The park itself doesn’t make it clear that the bar/restaurant is closed having been decimated in a storm 18 months ago… a...

"Lovely, modern, spacious apartment. Catered for everything, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, even cling film! Only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable but stunning view. Great communication from host too."

"We had an amazing time at Bosneives Cottages. The cottage is well equipped and very beautiful. There are a few other cottages on the grounds, but it was quiet throughout. "Check in was very smooth. Nicki responded promptly to any queries. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including sharp knives, which is a rarity! Very comfortable beds and lovely linen. Nice quiet site with plenty of life up at the bar"

"Overall the stay was great. Perfect location for the drive to many close beaches. The lodge was clean and comfortable perfect for a short break. The only thing we would recommend is the number of the lodge and campsite name be added to the booking information as we found it difficult to locate. Other than that thank you for a pleasant stay."

"This was our first time visiting Cornwall, and we were looking forward to a relaxing couple of days with the family. Unfortunately, the accommodation left much to be desired. Finding the cottage was challenging as the directions provided were unclear. We ended up having to stop and ask locals for guidance before finally locating it. The cottage itself was pleasant in some ways — we loved the beach-themed décor, and there was a generous selection of books, games, DVDs, and CDs for us to enjoy....

"Great place for 4 to stay in Cornwall. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean, beds are as advertised. The villlage is this nice little place around a huge sandy beach, which you can reach by foot from anywhere in the village. All in all, we really liked this place. "
