"The room was very dusty, there were dirty socks behind the bedside cabinet, the vinyl on the headboard was peeling off. The shower door frames were filthy, the shower mat was disgusting, there wasn't a plug in the handbasin. The door to the en-suite bathroom looked as if it had been kicked in as the handle/lock area was smashed with large splinters of rough wood sticking out so it couldn't close properly or lock. There are no USB charging points in the room!! this is most unusual these...

"We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again"

"We wish we could have stayed longer! We arrived late at night after our travel plans were delayed and Jan was so kind and accommodating and stayed up late to make sure we checked in. She even upgraded our room and offered us refreshments. The whole building is charming, with tasteful decor. The room itself (and bathroom) felt quite luxurious, were very clean with all amenities as advertised. Our only regret is that we only stayed the one night and couldn’t be there longer. "Great base for walking the Llanberis path up Snowden. The hosts were extremely welcoming, warm, and knowledgable about the local area. A selection of teas and coffee are available in the lounge area which felt much needed after the climb! Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend :)"

"Creo que este B&B vivió tiempos mejores, la habitación que nos asignaron era bastante antigua, y aunque la ropa de cama y toallas estaban muy limpios, todo lo que no se veia, necesitaba un repaso. El pueblo no tenia mucho interes turistico. Aunque el norte de gales es precioso. Si te quieres alojar por la zona, mejor es Llandudno o Conwy"

"The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money."
