In Brittany, Côtes d'Armor, in the heart of the pink granite coast, near Perros-Guirec and Ploumanac'h (the most beautiful village in France), come and enjoy this beautiful traditional Breton farmhouse completely renovated in an enclosed garden of 1500m2 located less than 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Trégastel and Landrélec.

Ideally located to discover the pink granite coast, only 10 minutes from the beaches, this spacious house of 180 m2 and not overlooked is my main home. You will therefore find all the comfort of a house inhabited all year round.
On the first floor: a fitted kitchen, a large dining room, a living room with fireplace and large screen. a bathroom with shower, a vanity unit and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a 1.60m bed and 1 with a 1.20m bed. A desk with an extra bed for one person.
Bed linen and towels are provided. .
Internet access, Wi-fi access, Freezer, Microwave oven, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Television, Hi-fi system, DVD player, books and board games.
The grassy garden with garden furniture, barbecue, basketball hoop, football goal and private parking is south-facing, very pleasant in summer. Note that the house is located close to a busy road, but the garden is completely enclosed.
A cat lives on the premises, so pets are not allowed.

Location and activities:
Very easy to access, in the immediate vicinity of the village, its shops, and 7 km from Lannion (TGV station). Many activities are available to you nearby. You can enjoy the beaches, the ports, fishing on foot, water activities (kayak rental, puddle, sailing, sea excursions, water skiing, jet skiing, etc.). You can walk on the many hiking trails (GR 34, and its famous customs path, Lan Ar Warenn woods, etc.). If you prefer cultural visits, you will appreciate the Telecom Museum with its Radome, the planetarium, the historic center of Lannion, the Domaine de La Roche Jagu... With the children, discover the aquarium of Trégastel, the Gallic village, the tree climbing and the eco-center 5 minutes from the house. Not to mention the daily markets, festivals and festivals in the surrounding area.
