    This wonderful main-floor studio condo is nestled on the beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay, offering breathtaking blue waters, a sandy beach, and stunning skies. We're excited to now offer two Pointes North condos!

    Thoughtfully designed for two guests, this cozy space can comfortably sleep up to four. It features a comfy queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essential kitchen items, making it easy to enjoy your stay.

    Enjoy convenient access to a cozy patio that opens to beautiful water views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The complex offers great outdoor amenities like a seasonal heated pool, a welcoming fire pit, and a fun volleyball court, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. Please note, breakfast is not included with this condo. Located close to the vibrant attractions of Traverse City, you'll find charming boutiques, delicious restaurants, delightful wineries, and top-notch golf courses just a short drive away. The exciting Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 6 miles from here, and Old Mission Peninsula is an easy journey too. Downtown Traverse City is a quick 4.5-mile trip, putting you right in the heart of all the action.

    Guests are welcome to enjoy their stay, but please note that, in accordance with the condo association guidelines, pets are not permitted.

The perfect little studio condo for our stay! The beach and pool were relaxing and peaceful, and we loved being just a short drive from downtown. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect spot to rest between soccer games.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay while attending the soccer tournament in Traverse City. Clean, comfortable bed, convenient to restaurants…we hope to stay here again next year.

Great Getaway

My husband and I wanted a beach getaway with views of Lake Michigan. This place had it all. Great views, fire pits, good location and comfortable rooms.

no beach here but perfect for business trip and golfers im guessing. Thee ONLY problem I have is there were no drapes on the huge doorwall so i def couldnt walk around in my pj's.....

My husband and I stayed two nights for our anniversary. We had a ground floor room with a walk out patio to the beach. Very clean room with a great view! We plan to stay there again in the future

Traverse City

This was the best vacation. The location was perfect. Beautiful beach area. Everyone was so friendly and we would gather at night by the fire pits. The room was perfect and my kids loved the jet tub! You have a pool and rentals for fun activities were a few hotels over. So close to downtown also. The best location.

Beautiful clean beachfront property

The property was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were maintained very well. The room was nice. Just needs some needed updates once the obsolete jacuzzi tub is removed.

Perfect Room for our Romantic Getaway from Home

The night fire was a neat addition. The heated swimming pool was a great way to end our day after a walk along the beach. The hot tub was nice to relax our muscles feom thw busy day. Great location and perfect for our getaway. Having a pin for checkin made it super easy with no hassle and you still get all the same amenities the hotel offers. Very clean. We wouls definitely stay here again.

Quiet and private beach and pool

Though Traverse City is under major construction and crowded, this place is so peaceful. Private patio and step right onto grass, then to sand and water. Chairs provided. (The coffee pot takes Keurig K-cups.)
