no idea about the property; this experience was terrible.
booked this property for the memorial day weekend and got the confirmation email and everything. contacted the property management firm because in their "welcome" email, they failed to give us a door code to get in. it took a few hours and we were about an hour away from the property, but they finally got back to us to tell us that the property was not available to be booked. not sure if it was a screwup on the part of vrbo or the property management firm, but regardless - we were stranded w/o a place. the property management firm offered to find another property, but were unable to do so. they said that they were going to refund the booking, but it took 10 days and multiple messages and calls to them and vrbo before it was finally resolved
