We visited during the Cherry Festival and could walk to the parade. Enjoyed the carnival and could see the fireworks from the balcony. Great location and space!

A perfect location for us, easy to get to, and close to Boardman Lake. Being able to park in the garage was a very nice bonus. The high ceilings made the whole apartment even more spacious. A great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is as pictured. We liked the location - didn’t have to deal with too much traffic and was easy to venture out to places further away. It was a good “home base” for us!

Great property! Very comfortable and beautifully finished and furnished. Location was in a quiet area and easy to walk around. Easy drive and access to everything you want to do. Having access to the garage was very nice perk. Good communication with James on the check in process and advice on using the garage and other access. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Oh my GOODNESS! This space was AMAZING. Beautifully redone interior in a PRIME location. Only a few blocks from the Grocery and an easy walk to downtown. Silent inside at night. 10/10 will definitely be back!

Parking was great, especially the ability to park in the garage! Communication with the host was excellent. I appreciate the text(s) to let me know when the property is ready, as well as what is expected upon arrival. The property is clean, loved the decor! This 2 bed, 1 bath loft near downtown TC was just perfect for our recent trip. The property has a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It is within walking distance of a wonderful bakery/coffee shop. It is quiet and safe. The owner is excellent at communications. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Smitty!

James was a great host! Quick responses to my questions. Wonderful location, within walking distance to downtown Traverse City. Loved the carriage house, had lots of character. Kitchen was well stocked and equipped with anything you can think of that you might need. A huge plus was the use of the garage, much appreciated! We will be back!

My sisters and I loved our stay at “Smitty’s”! The home is beautiful and comfortable. The location was ideal for taking side trips. Also, it was very nice being able to park in the garage for safety and convenience.

Great property!

We loved our stay - the location was great and the property was clean and well cared for. There is an excellent ice cream shop and bakery within walking distance that my kids loved visiting and everyone was very friendly and helpful with property questions.

This property was so charming and spacious. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was mere minutes by car to anyplace we wanted to go. One surprising perk of this place is a parking spot inside the garage below the apartment. It was very convenient when coming back in the rain. Overall, this is a comfortable, cozy place. And James, the host, was absolutely a dream. He was always a text or phone call away.

Great location on edge of downtown. The loft feels like you’re in a treehouse with the mature trees swaying in the breeze! Beautiful decor, Host has thought of all the details for a very enjoyable stay!
