One block off the center of downtown. Perfect location. Next door to Cousin Jenny’s - wonderful Pasties!!! The unit was quiet and comfortable. Very enjoyable trip!!!

Anniversary Getaway

The unit was perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. Parking spot was excellent bonus. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our anniversary weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Weekend

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a great time. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and the location couldn't have been better. So many things to do all within walking distance. Additionally, a short drive to the wineries. The host was very communicative and even provide some great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed for four nights. Communication from host was great (recd 3 days prior). Condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Parking was across the street. Short walk to shops, restaurant and beach (less than 1 block to most).

Such a great little place!

My husband and I ventured north to Traverse City in order to watch our son play in the Winter Special Olympics being held nearby. The two of us enjoyed our stay very much! We were fortunate that the construction next door was put on hold for some reason, and only resumed our last morning there. Clean and easy to access, and everyone is right, the parking pass is wonderful to have!

Easy parking, clean, and walkable apartment

The location of this place can’t be beat! We walked all over town and when we needed to drive, the reserved parking space was fantastic. The place was immaculately clean and all the linens smelled so fresh. There’s obviously noise from other units and downtown bars but that’s the price to stay in the middle of it all. Overall, It was a great launching off point for a TC escape!

Great place to stay. Everything was new. Exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Right in the middle of the downtown area. Nice to have that free parking spot right across the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient Downtown location

This place is great for anyone wanting to be in downtown Traverse City. It is very convenient for walking, shopping, and downtown driving. It was not the best choice for a romantic trip due to the noise level of other tenants, construction, and traffic. There is no ramp for luggage once inside the building. Hauling large suitcases inside was difficult.

Worth every penny

This was our second trip to Traverse City and it was even better than the first time! This unit is all about location! You’re right in the middle of it all. Shops, restaurants, bars… everything is within a five minute walk. The unit itself is beautiful, clean, and very cute. All communication with owners was returned very quickly and resolved any issues or questions we had. 10/10, would recommend.
