Review Part 1: We stayed here for a week in June 2025. This property is a little 1950s vintage cottage, beautifully (and recently) renovated. The master bedroom is large and has a queen-size bed and lots of hanging and shelf space in the closet. The other bedroom is tiny with a full-size bed and very little storage. Whoever is in the big bedroom will need to share space with whoever is in the small one. The listing says it sleeps 6, but that is with 2 people on the futon on the enclosed porch/dining room. There is only one bathroom, which can be a little tricky when everyone’s trying to go out at the same time, but the outdoor shower is really nice, and takes some of that load off. The kitchen is really well equipped. There are actually usable knives! There’s a coffee maker, an espresso maker and a tea kettle (no pot); a gas range and a microwave. The A/C works well, and there’s a ceiling fan in every room. There is a plethora of interesting light fixtures. Your first adventure will be to find all the switches! The house is right on M-22, but the traffic noise was never a problem. It has a spectacular 4-level deck which we didn’t use – we went directly to the firepit on the beach. There are several Adirondack chairs as well as some beach toys.
