Thank you for your recent stay Jesus. As we explained you had an 11am check-out. Our staff made multiple calls resulting in you finally departing at 3pm refusing to pay a late check out fee. You had told our staff you were extending your stay which you had before (and waited til after 3pm to do so) and they trusted you were going to do it again. Then you said you were going home - refusing to pay the late check out fee. We wish you well in your future travels.

Thank you for your recent stay. I'm so happy that you enjoyed your stay. I appreciate your comment regarding the bedding. In fact, we are about a year behind due to the COVID pandemic. Foam shortages have put the mattresses on backorder for almost a year now but the good news is we have received word the entire hotel is scheduled to be replaced by mid-December (14 months after we ordered them!!!!!). Its been frustrating for us waiting for them but know they will be great once they arrive. Thanks again for your comments and we look forward to welcoming you back soon
