Our 1 bedroom condo is located on the top floor, corner unit. It's nestled in the woods which gives you extra privacy. Balcony receives plenty of sun and a pretty view of the trees.

Only 10 miles from the heart of downtown Traverse City and 10 miles from Elk Rapids. Just minutes from Grand Traverse Resort and Turtle Creek Casino. On-site shuttle service and transportation to and from Grand Traverse Resort and Spa and Turtle Creek Casino!

Jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, and pontoons are on site and available to rent through Blue Sky Rentals.

For the Golf Enthusiasts, there are three world-class championship golf courses less than ½ mile away at the Grand Traverse Resort.

Sleeping Bear Dunes, named by Good Morning America as "The Most Beautiful Place in America" and named the #1 thing to do by TripAdvisor is located 35 miles east. Don't forget about beautiful Torch Lake, horse shows and Interlochen for concerts.

The Village at Grand Traverse Commons is a Historic 1884 hospital complex and is now a sprawling shopping & dining spot with arboretum & hiking located 10 miles from our condo and Downtown Traverse City.

We allow up to 4 guests. We offer a queen bed in the private bedroom and pull-out couch. Two TVs with streaming. Free WiFi. The kitchenette is ideal for cooking a small meal, 2-burner cooktop, or reheating leftovers from one of the fabulous restaurants in the TC area. Microwave, coffee maker, George Foreman grill, toaster oven, dishwasher, and of course a refrigerator. A couple of notes: There is no oven and no pool access.
