    This Beachside condo offers a peaceful retreat with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen, bay-facing living room, and sleeping space for up to five guests make it perfect for couples or families. The king bedroom promises restful sleep, and additional guests can comfortably stay on the pull-out queen sofa and twin rollaway bed. Enjoy the unbeatable combination of beachfront access and close proximity to Traverse City`s attractions — all from your ground-level haven.

    Central Location! Walk across the street for your morning coffee at Cup of Joe, or enjoy dinner and drinks at Hopscotch Tap Room. You’re just minutes from vibrant Front Street or a short drive to Elk Rapids for shopping, dining, and exploring.

    Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.

    ☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆
    Unwind in the serene bedroom featuring a king-size bed with crisp linens, a large smart TV, and generous closet space. A sound machine is provided for peaceful rest, and a pack and play is available for families. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa and twin rollaway bed offer space for up to five guests in total.

    ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆
    The bright and refreshed bathroom includes a walk-in shower a large soaking tub and pedestal sink, along with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For added convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer — perfect for extended stays or beach day clean-ups.

    Please Note: It is NOT a jetted tub, it is a soaking tub only.

    ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
    The fully stocked kitchen is ready for meal prep with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. You can dine at the breakfast bar or inside at the dining table — or step out to the patio for a relaxing meal with a view of the bay.

    ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
    The comfortable living room features a plush three pillow couch, large flat-screen TV, and board games for family fun. Sliding glass doors bring in natural light and open directly to the beachfront patio — where views of Grand Traverse Bay are on full display.

    ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
    Your private ground-level patio is furnished for relaxing or dining outdoors, and just steps away from the sand. Whether you`re sunbathing, swimming, or sipping a glass of wine as the sun sets, the setting is unbeatable.

    If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

    ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
    Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.

    ☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
    This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

    ☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
    We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

    If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

    Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

    - Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

    - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

    - Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

    We aspire to help our guests create wonderful memories in our cozy home. That is why we spelled out these house rules for an optimal experience for both of us. We truly appreciate your effort and cooperation!

    *Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

    Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

    Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

    Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

    Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

    Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

    Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

    Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.

    Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

    We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

    Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

Location, location, location. Perfect place right on the beach! The amenities are first rate and it’s a short distance from downtown Traverse City. There are watercraft available to rent, conveniently located right on the property. I would highly recommend this unit.
