This beautiful condo offers a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy living area with breathtaking bay views, and ample sleeping arrangements for up to five guests. The spacious king bedroom provides ultimate comfort, while the living room features a pull-out sofa and a large pullout chair converts to a twin bed (perfect for kids), perfect for accommodating additional 3 guests in addition to the king bed. Its central location ensures you`re never far from the vibrant attractions of Traverse City.

    Surrounded by a variety of eateries and attractions, you can start your day with a coffee from the nearby café! The condo`s prime location offers easy access to both downtown Traverse City and the charming town of Elk Rapids.

    Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.

    After a day of adventure, retreat to the serene bedroom featuring a plush king-size bed, premium linens, ample closet space, and a large flatscreen TV. For families, a pack and play is available, along with a sound machine to ensure restful sleep. The living room`s pull-out sofa and an additional sofa bed chair provide comfortable accommodations for up to five guests.​

    The newly renovated bathroom features a timeless pedestal sink and a roomy walk-in shower, providing a refreshing space to start or end your day. Stocked with fresh linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

    Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Dine at the breakfast bar or the adjacent dining table, or take your meal outside to enjoy on the patio with bay views!

    ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
    Unwind in the inviting living room, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a selection of board games. The sliding glass doors not only provide abundant natural light but also showcase stunning bay vistas.​

    ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
    Step onto your private patio, furnished with chairs and a small table, and take in the breathtaking bay views. With direct access to the sandy beach, you can easily enjoy sunbathing or a refreshing swim.

    If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

    ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
    Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.

    ☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
    This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

    ☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
    We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

    If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

    Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

    - Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

    - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

    - Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

    *Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

    Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

    Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

    Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

    Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

    Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

    Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

    Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.

    Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

    We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

    Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

Great location right on the beach. Condo was clean and well stocked. Owner checked in with us a couple of times which was nice. Located on a busy road but easy access to restaurants etc.

Condo on The Beach

The condo met our expectations based on the property description and reviews. It was comfortable and well stocked with kitchen items and towels. The king bed was very comfortable. The patio next to the beach was very enjoyable. The only negative is that traffic on the highway in front of the condo could be loud. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Michigan Beach Stay

We loved our stay. You wake up to a beautiful water view that is one step from the sand. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It is located off a main road so you can hear traffic at night from the bedroom. All of the houses and condos in Traverse City are located off the same main road so if you want to stay on the beach you have to deal with the traffic sound at night. The condo is located in a great spot with a 10minute or less drive to almost anything.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I love Traverse City and have stayed in a few different places before. This property did not disappoint. The views are soooo nice, the property came with everything that is needed and is very clean. The management team checked in a few times to make sure that all was good, which was nice. We will be coming back!!

This condo was really very nice!!! Everything was clean and modern, and designed with an artistic flair!I almost didn't go here after I saw some of the other reviews, but I think these are all separately owned, so those may be rooms that aren't so great, but this one was! It's a first floor room, so it has easy access to the beach which is nice. If I was to get nitpicky, the only thing was that the door from the bedroom to the bathroom stuck a little bit and needs to be adjusted. Everything else, including all the other doors were in perfect condition! This place seems like it was just newly remodeled. I would totally recommend this rental!!
