Property was as pictured…clean, funky decor and well appointed. We had a minor issue during our stay and the host was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed exploring the area, shopping and eating some delicious food during our visit. Would definitely stay again

Great location

Perfect location, easy check in, quick communication. Only complaints are the bathroom door/lock doesn’t work very well and the showerhead sprayed out from the connection to the wall. Minor inconveniences at most, and they didn’t take away from our day of walking around downtown, as this place is walkable to the entirety of downtown Traverse city.

Great place to stay in town!

Great property, 70's retro throwback was pretty cool. Only a few blocks from town so you can walk to and from. Troy from Elevated stays responded right away when I needed something. Had groceries delivered for free from Roxanne from stocked up, what a great service! Would recommend staying here if you want to be close to downtown TC area. Place was nice and clean!

Perfect Location for Walking the City

Was very pleased with the location and condition of the property. Perfect walking distance to downtown TC and seems to be a really safe location. The provided amenities were on point as described in the listing. Few areas of the house had a decent layer of dust in not so obvious spots. The noise heard throughout the night and day is a tree leaning up against a electrical wire. This was slightly worrisome as it was very windy and the noise was non-stop and loud. Not clear in listing this is a two unit property.

Great spot for a quick trip or a long stay.

The property was very clean and exactly as depicted through the listing. The check in process was easy and gaining entry to the property was a breeze. The host was very responsive and the complimentary beverage was a special touch. The property was in close proximity to downtown and the beach which we enjoyed. I would book this property again for a trip to Traverse City.

Nice for a weekend but key details inaccurate in listing and actual experience

We had a nice stay but this is our first VRBO experience that left a lot to be desired. Overall, the host was great and communication was prompt. They also brought a nice frying pan set since the frying pans were missing when we arrived. The place was very clean and the location was great despite tons of construction in TC. The kitchen was not well stocked at all (not a complete set of dishes, glasses or kitchenware in general, no hot pads, no dishwasher). The vintage cabinets are not lined which is pretty gross. Had we not paid so much per night, I might have overlooked some of the issues.

Cute Upper Unit Perfect for Weekend Get-a-way

My friend and I stayed here for a girl's weekend and it was great! Troy was very responsive to any questions we had. We explored all over from the Dunes to the peninsulas, to Grand Traverse Resort and we were close to everything. The bottle of local spirits gifted to us was a nice touch. Would stay here again!

This property was VERY clean and just like it is pictured online. Easy check in and check out. Troy made sure we knew everything we needed and communicated well. About a mile outside of town… perfect.

Short weekend getaway in Traverse City

We had a wonderful weekend in Traverse City. The location of this rental was perfect. Close drive to the wineries and walking distance to restaurants/bars. The rental was very clean and the 70’s theme was very fun. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

Fantastic trip back in time

We loved staying here, great location, and parking was a breeze. HIGHLY recommend staying here. When a bunch of engineers stay here - we fix things like the blinds, bathroom door & coffee table - left it in better condition then when we entered :)

Walkable and Nice Location

A really great place to stay! Clean, great air conditioning, love the 60-70s vibe! Had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. Kitchen stocked with what we needed and extra towels.

Location and clean

We were one of the first to stay at this listing. Very few amenities were offered. Be sure to pack travel size everything. Toilet issues were known, but not addressed and the bathroom door didn’t fully close. Was clean and a nice location.
