"A lot bad, 1st night half the unit was amped out - no electricity! Batteries for heater dead. If you made coffee and used the microwave circuits died. No info on Wi-Fi, on and on this was not a good rental - no heat except little box heater and two heaters did not work. Hair dryer missing on and on. I will not rent from this unit ever!"

"Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good.
