  • The apartment is located in the historic center of Trapani and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy an exclusive stay. It has a large panoramic balcony from which you can be enchanted by the view of sunrises and sunsets over the sea. The apartment is ideal for families, couples and friends and is able to satisfy the needs of the most demanding travelers. The apartment is on one floor and consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a large panoramic balcony. The house is optimally usable even by those traveling with children: it offers, in fact, the possibility of adding a cot or a cot for children.
    In furnishing the accommodation we have taken into consideration not only the aspect of functionality but also that of Sicilian, tradition and attention to detail.

The host was very welcoming and left us gifts. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, and the view is amazing. We loved our stay and the host's generosity. Trapani is beautiful with great restaurants.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely beautiful with the view of the ocean with coffee each morning. Our host were super friendly and very helpful and provided us with helpful tips to visit the city throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to stay and enjoy the city.

This beautiful apartment on the sea is beyond anything that can be captured in photos. It’s truly a palace and a gem. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The family is the most gracious host. It felt like staying with family. They have thought of every need, and are super great at ensuring you have the best time. We would happily return and can’t recommend this place enough. The patio is the best! Making dinner and enjoying the sunset = 10/10. Do not hesitate to book! Grazie!!!!

Exceptional stay! Great location, beautiful sunset views from the private balcony, and nicely updated apartment that maintains its 18th century charm. Property owner (Vincenzo) treated us like old friends. It is clear that he loves showcasing the Trapani area. Easy walk to the ferry terminal for a day trip to Favignana and a 10 min drive to Erice lift terminal. Do not hesitate on this one.

Fantastic apartment across from sea. Easy walk to beach, Port, restaurants. Host and family was very welcoming. Beautiful historical area of Trapani.

If there was a family that should teach a course in hospitality, it is these hosts! From the time you are greeted by the hosts, you are no just guests but "family". The apartment is large and the views from the balcony are fabulous! As a matter of fact our only regret was that we were not there longer. The location is perfect, but it is the hosts that make the stay exceptional. They stock the kitchen with supplies to get you started and even give you samples of the olive oil the family produces when you leave. I can not say enough of how wonderful this stay was. Book it! Yo will not regret it!!!

Trapani Visit

The property was beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. The water is sparkling clear. Our hosts were very helpful and provided a lot of information. The samples of local product were greatly appreciated as well as the suggestions for places to visit, eat and more. We would definitely go back for a longer stay!

Don’t miss this one

Beautiful, clean and spacious property with all the modern amenities, and the world’s best hosts, who epitomise the concept of Sicilian hospitality. And the view from that balcony - wow! Made it hard to want to leave the property. Super convenient, central location in the heart of the town. Highly recommended.

Great View,Huge Apartment, Gracious Host

The apartment had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and was very comfortable. Parking was a little bit of a problem but host made it easy. Take a trip to Erice and you will truly be in a medieval village. It is worth the 30 min drive from Tripani.

The beautiful apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The view of the sea from the balcony is great as is the apartment’s location in the heart of Trapani with beach, restaurants, bars and shops all close by. Our host Vincenzo was superb, supplying us with information on anything and everthing. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want a classy apartment in Trapani, book this one!

Beautiful Authentic Heritage Stay

Trapani was one of our favorite spots in Sicily specifically because of this gorgeous apartment, the location and also our host Vincenzo. He was so helpful and thoughtful with providing many special 'gifts' and extras in the kitchen. The photos do not even do this place justice as it was very large and an absolutely beautiful completely refurbished old palace. A very special place indeed.

Excellent accommodation

Central accommodation in the town close to beach. Parking has to be in free zone not close to apartment. However once you get use to where to leave the car it's easy. Look for white lines and no lines and it's free. The apartment is fantastic it has two bathrooms not one and it is high speck. Fantastic location and very clean. Lovely lovely

Unparalleled hospitality

Vincenzo and his family are by far the kindest and most generous hosts whose home we’ve stayed in. He offered us everything we could need to get settled, as well as oil, pasta, and wine that his family produces. The apartment is beautifully restored and centrally located. Mille grazie to the whole Bica family! We’ll be back.

Qualité de l’accueil exceptionnel ! On a appris après des dizaines d’années de voyage hors de France que la réussite d’un séjour passait bien sûr par l’intérêt du lieu, la qualité de l’hébergement mais aussi par les qualités humaines des propriétaires. Iole et son fils Vincenze ont fait preuve d’une gentillesse incroyable et ceci dès notre arrivée.Iole nous a fait visiter l’appartement et à cette occasion nous avons découvert toutes les attentions préparées pour nous. Corbeille de fruits, boissons, laitages, thé café, produits locaux etc Vincenze nous a raccompagné en voiture à notre parking ( où Iole était venue nous chercher le premier jour) et s’est occupé des bagages, et ceci avec tact et efficacité. Iole nous a communiqué toutes les adresses utiles dans Trapani et hors de la ville. Une famille en or qui a le sens du contact et du partage et qui nous ont considéré comme faisant partie de leur famille. Merci du fond du cœur à tous les deux. Quant à l’appartement on se joint aux commentaires précédents. Il est beau , spacieux, confortable et idéalement placé. La vue sur la mer Tyrrhénienne de la terrasse est bien sûr un vrai plus !Michèle et Pierre

Best, stay, ever! Highly recommend.

From my first correspondence with Vincenzo to the last, we just knew we were in EXCELLENT hands and would be well taken care of. Talk about an above and beyond host! Vincenzo and his family thought of everything and MORE. The level of thoughtfulness is something I have never experienced before. Talk about warm, kind, caring and hospitable people. The home is flawless and the views brought tears to our eyes. The host met us at the plaza and shuttled us to the apartment.They were incredibly friendly, the place was huge and spotless.The hosts were only surpassed by the view from the balcony.Markets, restaurants and the ferry terminal were in easy walking distance.If you are dissatisfied with your stay here, it’s you and you won’t be happy anywhere.Ciao

Hosts were very welcoming and generous. The house is like a villa by the sea. Beautiful sea view. The place is very spacious and clean. It is beautifully decorated with marble and tiles. The family is amazing and very friendly. They had coffee, tea, water, juice, milk (plant based also), bread, etc. There are many great eateries nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir buchten diese Unterkunft als Paar wegen der spektakulären Meersicht. Wir wurden von Vincenzo am Parkplatz Vit. Em. (im Okt. 0.20Euro/Std.) abgeholt und zur Wohnung gefahren. Wir waren schlicht überwältigt. Im 2. Stock eines spanischen Palazzos gelegen fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Die Küche und die 2 Bäder wurden mit hochwertigen Materialien liebevoll renoviert. In der Küche stand eine Schale mit frischem Obst, feines Olivenöl, eine spezielle Kräutermischung und Busiate Trapanese (Pasta). Im Kühlschrank stand Mineralwasser, Wein, Fruchtsäfte, Milch und Butter bereit. Einfach unglaublich. Vizenzo erzählte uns viel von Trapani und der Geschichte dieser Stadt. Er besitzt ein unglaubliches Wissen über Historie und Kultur. Tipps bezgl. Nachtessen, Clubs etc inkl. Wenn wir wieder in Trapani sind, werden wir def. diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.
