"Villa Marena was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and charming, perched on a hill overlooking the lake. It is filled with rosemary bushes, grape vines, and fruit trees. Our children barely wanted to leave the property because they were so happy exploring the yard and feeding the ponies up on the hill. It is outside the crowds of Bellagio and feels like a private oasis. Zero complaints. "

"Es war alles super. Die Begrüßung war super. Sehr freundlich. Es gab sogar einen selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den See. "

Wenn man mit mehr als 6 Personen übernachten will, schlafen die restlichen Gäste in einem anderen Gebäudeteil unterhalb des Hauses. Dort gibt es ein Doppelbett mit Bad & Dusche. "The villa is beautiful and the views fromthe property are outstanding. The villa was very clean. We just had a few small scorpions but that is to be expected in that area. Be aware there is no A/C in the two guest bedrooms but if you leave the doors open they will stay cool. The town of Colico about 5 mins away is really cute with wonderful restaurants by the water. The property has a washing machine which was great but no iron so we had to take some clothes to the dry cleaners. Good...

We had a few issues with the gate at check in, but George was quick to respond and great to work with. "Ich war mit 5 Freundinnen in dem Haus. Es war ein wunderschöner aber nicht perfekter Urlaub. Leide gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die während dem Aufenthalt aufgefallen sind. Jedoch wurde immer sofort und total Netz auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und sich direkt drum gekümmert. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Was man noch beachten muss, man kommt nicht mit dem Auto direkt zum Haus, kann auch nur zwei Straßen entfernt parken. Der Garten und der Pool waren traumhaft."

"The property was good and we enjoyed our stay. The address provided was incorrect, it is number 29 rather than 9 so that caused some confusion when we arrived. It is also uphill from the town so would recommend a car or a taxi. There were no Ubers available in Menaggio. The view from the property is beautiful and the house worked well for us."

"This was the trip of a lifetime! Everything about it was perfect. The hosts helped us every step of the way. Not just with the villa, but with local reservations and transportation.They really became like family. We had everything we needed from Wi-Fi to access to the most beautiful view with fabulous facilities. You can't do better than this.
