"Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door."

"All good"

"Muy limpio, atentos en todo momento"

"Amazing restaurant for breakfast and dinner!"

No me gustó. No me hospedaría de nuevo ahí."

"The location of this hotel great and also the Podemos room is fantastic if you are traveling either kids who are into Ponemon. The staff and service at this hotel are ok but definitely not as friendly, helpful, and personable as the staffs at other Mimaru hotels we stayed at."

"Washer dryer combo in-unit! Split unit with both AC and heat available. Very clean and lots of space. The staff speak English very clearly and they even gave me a birthday gift! Very thoughtful. Would not hesitate to stay again"

"Onsen is very nice. Overall good hotel in an excellent location. The only thing is that I made a mistake and reserved for one person and not for two. No breakfast. Most hotels don't charge per person, they do per room, so the mistake would not cost extra. My mistake was quite pricey at this hotel, so pay attention when you reserve. "

"Beautifull. Modern. High tech. Very confortable rooms with amazing views. Very nice lobby, with good ambiance and great decoration. You can notice some lack of experience of the young personnel and restaurante can improve, specially breakfast. I will come back to this hotel. "
