We had the best time in this adorable cabin. Even saw bear for the first agter coming to the mountains for over 20 years. Can't wait to visit Tennessee again!

Bears Bears and more Bears

Lovely cabin just perfect for 2. We enjoyed the hotub daily after bike riding and hiking. We saw bears daily in the yard, one came on the porch and was curious of the hot tub. They quickly scurried away when they saw us. Great stay at bear heaven cabin

A great place for a couple to stay

We had an outstanding experience staying here, cabin is in a convenient location for not just Townsend but even traveling to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Can’t really say anything negative about the cabin it really is a nice place to stay private and very relaxing. No need for 4 wheel drive maybe a flash light for going to the bathroom at night but an awesome place to stay.

Poor host communication

Cabin overall was great, however poor communication with host. I booked two nights individually and because the host has not answer any of my messages i have to check in and out twice. Also has a beautiful fire place, only left a single log to burn. Other then that the place was cute and very clean and comfortable to sleep.

Long Weekend Getaway

My husband and I booked this at the last minute for a long weekend getaway for our anniversary. It was easy to book and what we were looking for. The cabin was easy to get to and perfect for the two of us. It was very quiet and peaceful. The check in and out process was very smooth, cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We visit this area a lot, usually with the rest of the family, however if it is just the two of us again, we would book this cabin again.

This was a very clean cute cabin! The hot tub and views were great. It was a very easy checkin and out process. Would definitely stay here again!

Not very well kept.

We arrived around 9pm the first night. The temp was 25 outside and maybe 40 inside as all heat had been turned off. With the main heater running and the plug in electric heater it had still managed to only reach 58 inside by the next morning. Once the heaters caught up the next day it was fine. Other than that there was a half inch of dust onthe ceiling fans and the floor nearly rotted out along the back wall. One previous guest had donated a black bra on the floor behind the couch. It too was overlooked by the cleaning service. I’ve stayed in worse but this one was not worth the $$ in my opinion. Won’t be staying there again.

Amazing cabin

Me and my wife had an amazing stay!! We loved the coziness of this small cabin. We saw 4 bears the first morning we stayed. The only complaint would be that the ceiling fan upstairs didn't work and the cleaning company did a halfway clean. Other then that was an amazing experience and great location.

Loving Townsend TN.

We were very excited to go this year to the Smokies since we couldn't last year. We did pick this cabin out, but won't be back, we are retired adults and the steps to the upstairs bedroom was too steep. It rained most the time there and so the exhaust fan leaked onto the bathroom floor, the faucet in the tub ran constantly, there are mice, which we weren't able to catch with traps we bought, toilet kept running poor closure of the trap I guess, needs more shelfs, t.v. channels for cable were poor, the drive way definitely needs improvement for a car luckily we drove a SUV or we would of drug the underside of our car and be sure to know your up/down parking because it's hilly parking. My husband wasn't impressed but we did enjoy ourselves, its not for elderly people with bad knees. It is very close to town but traffic not a problem for us. Also never saw 1 bear sighting, and I was Always looking, besides All the bears in the cabin :)Thanks!

Everything was fine!

The cleaning crew of one showed up at the exact time I was suppose to check in a 4:00PM. And was in a rush to get out of my way. The floors were not clean the toilet, tub, and sink had hair in it. I always bring cleaning supplies with me for this reason.

New experience.

Just a few things could have been better, musty smell - use plug ins, no salt & pepper or sugar or creamers, no coffee, maybe a bag of ice, clothes hangers, maybe a chair in the bedroom.
