"Close to I 95 small little town has great restaurants very pet friendly easy in easy out worked out perfect!"

"Cute home in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay. The key pad lock at the front door is malfunctioning. We discovered that when the code is entered the lock moves a bit, but not enough to clear completely to allow the door to open. Thank you for having a back up plan in place. "

"Quiet location. Cute house. All the important stuff was clean, just the baseboards, corners, and Venetian blinds needed a a good cleaning. Pet friendly but instructions said we couldn't leave him unattended so we had to take him to our son's house when we went out. Glad that was available to us. But all considered it was a great stay."

"Best fishing trip ever. Beautiful sunsets. Cozy cottage. We caught a flounder, whiting, shrimp and crab from the dock. Cleaning station at the dock. We brought our own kayaks, but didn’t use them because there was not a close boat launch. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Stores are not close, but we brought our own food and ate at a local restaurant one evening. We would love to visit again soon."

"It was a very neat and tidy "hobo home" with an additional theater room! Staying here afforded us an easy peasy relaxing stay so we could visit with family - AND also bring our dog! Thank you so much!!"

"This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living...

"Perfect little place to stay. Seemed a little sketchy at first. But after the first night that feeling went away. It was simplistic and had everything you needed for the little time you will actually spend there. "

"good for us."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house is as advertised but we had to wipe down surfaces when we arrived that had not been cleaned. Overall we were very happy with the home and our stay and will definitely be staying again."

"Nice little house, made our weekend visiting some local family much easier than having to drive to the city for a hotel."

"Location is 100% on point. We couldn't ask for a better location. The unit is spacious and the beds were comfortable. One parking spot with some parking for visitors. Walking distance to downtown and public beach areas."
