Nice private property. We had fun catching walleye and bass off the dock. The kids enjoyed the beach. The listing is accurate.

We had 8 adult family members stay for a week so used both the main cabin and the smaller cabin. Lots of great fishing - hired a guide for one day early in our trip so knew where to go, which was very helpful. Both cabins are cozy, comfortable, and decorated great. Floors in the small cabin were quite slanted and a bit tricky for our older relative. Deck could use a bit of work and basement bedroom was a bit cold and musty so no one wanted to sleep there. Main cabin was super clean, which we loved. Great to have laundry at the house. Easy to find location. Feels private/secluded even tho neighbors were close by. Restaurant/bar was within walking distance. Fabulous mini-golf course close to cabin. Tower and Ely have good shopping and Ely's Wolf Center and Bear Center are cool. Beautiful views from both cabins! Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful lake cabin

We had a great stay at this Lake Vermilion cabin. The cabins had plenty of space for group. Lots of beds to accommodate our large group. Beach is great and being able to launch our boat right next to the dock was very convenient! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Family Vacation at the Lake

The cabins are comfortably furnished and clean. It’s great to have a boat launch right on the property. We also enjoyed the sandy swimming area and being on a quiet a quiet bay. The outdoor areas (decks, etc.) are in need of maintenance.

Nice Property on Great Lake

Beautiful, classic Northern Minnesota cabin with updated modern amenities like new shower and dishwasher. Lots of space in the airy pine paneled house. One of the few docks that was not underwater after all of the rain. Sunsets galore. Thank you.

Annual Birthday Trip

The listing should clearly include information regarding stairs to bedrooms and bathrooms. The host was told when I booked that it was a birthday trip for my 97 year old mother. Although the listing said there was a full size bathroom on the main floor, it has no shower. Our mother had to be helped downstairs to a full bath. The main floor "bed" fold out couch was in very bad shape for sitting and sleeping. The staircase to go upstairs to a bedroom or full bath would have been impossible for her even with help. The rest of the house was fine for the rest of us but she did not enjoy the four night trip.

Perfect family getaway

From reservation to check in, through our stay to check out, the owner was a great communicator. The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults and two young kids. It helped the weather was great and for August fishing we did really well. Hanging out on the deck overlooking the lake was a great way to start and end the day. The bedtime we head to Lake Vermilion we will be trying to get this place again.

This a perfect traditonal older cabin on Lake vermillion that has its own charm and character. Plent of room on the lot and you can launch your own boat right on the property. The property is located in daisy bay and is perfect for water sports and if you like to fish easy jog out to main lake.. Great plcae to stay

Very nice place

Had a very nice stay. Very clean and cozy. Loved the private boat landing. Caught some fish and the fish cleaning house came in handy. We had a great week of weather which led to a lot of dock and deck relaxing. Overall I would recommend to future stays.

Great location for spring fishing

Solid well kept property as described - everything worked just fine. Lots of solid deck space & good patio furniture. Didn't need to leave Daisy Bay to find excellent walleye and smallmouth fishing. Conveniently located to Tower as well. First stay here for our group of old guy fishing buddies - will likely stay here again.

Snowmobile Trip 23’

Cabin was exactly as listed. Location was great for snowmobiling with easy access to the trails. Bart was great to work with. Would definitely recommend.
