"Room were good including amenities. Parking seems to be an issue as it’s a diner as well m. depending on your arrival slots may not be available. Parking was available on adjacent street. The staff were helpful. WiFi was poor in our room. "

The spa was simple but clean and beautifully kept with fantastic staff who put us at ease while we were there. I was particularly impressed with the lovely changing area. "Had a lovely relaxing time with my girlfriend and her husband, room was so clean and had everything we needed, absolutely loved being able to log into Netflix on the tv which was a great size. We were checked in by a lovely young man who also served us our food, he was very attentive and even brought us extra sides for our burgers. Exceptional service from a lovely lady who served us breakfast and made sure we had fresh coffee immediately, she was also fantastic with all other customers. We will...

"the free upgrade was very much appreciated All the staff were amazing the free drinks and packet of chocs in the room were a welcome surprise especially as it was a birthday break . However the meal in the attached restaurant was disappointing both taste and cost wise the and the drinks were too expensive "

"Great hotel and very friendly staff. Delicious salmon for dinner and breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable and big. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which in my case was good, because that is what we were looking for."

"We were greeted to find that we had been upgraded to a two-bed suite at no extra cost. This was due to the fact that we had our granddaughter with us and there was availability. It was immaculate, the food was great, the bar area was comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Well recommended !"
