"I'm conflicted on this review - the property was clean and with lots of sundries and supplies, beds were great, firepiit nice, no complaints, overall very good. However, with the lake withdrawn for years around a half mile from the house, this was not even close to waterfront pic they proudly show on the site. Yes, there was a clear disclaimer in the text, so no bait and switch, but leaving the photo up today with the lake down for years, then placing the disclaimer in to avoid liability, well...

"The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."

"This is a nice, large house with all the conveniences, less than an hour from Austin. It was roomy enough for our three families, inside, and out on the porch. "Summer Breeze was the perfect house for the 7 seven families that we had over the weekend! There was enough space for everyone, plenty for the kids to do, and cozy enough that it felt like home. And the view looking out over the lake was SPECTACULAR! Our only note was there was not enough towels, but there was a lot of us and we made it work. I’m recommending this property to everyone I know and we will definitely be back! We all had a great time!"
