Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 14 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy shared grounds of approximately 6,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), shower gel/shampoo, bed linen and towels are all included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 14 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet

Please note that the owners live on the property; the grounds and swimming pool are shared with them.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: gas barbecue, high chair and cot.

Outdoors:
- Shared, unheated swimming pool measuring 9×4.5 m, open from 1 May to 31 October. Opening dates are not binding and subject to favourable weather conditions. Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst they are in the pool.
- A hot tub open from April to the end of November. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions. Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst they are in the hot tub.
- A 12 m² wooden terrace on a shared 6,000 m² plot, complete with garden furniture, a sun lounger and a parasol to make the most of sunny days. It is also equipped with two outdoor sockets.
- A second 6 m² terrace at the entrance to the accommodation

The flat is ideally situated in Tourtrès, in a very pleasant setting. All essential shops are within easy reach.

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the property’s private outdoor car park.

- The entire property is fitted with CCTV cameras:
Two at the front of the house, one of which covers the swimming pool. The cameras only film the exterior (one by the car park and one at the rear of the property). These are deactivated during guests’ stays.
A smart doorbell is also fitted with a camera that detects people or vehicles approaching the gate.
- Swimming pool: children must be supervised by a parent at all times whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- Spa: open from early April to late November. Children must be supervised by a parent whilst using the spa. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
