Dear Sir, I read your advice with attention. As you said, it is an "Ostello" = a Youth Hostel. When you check the pictures through the website you can see easily that the rooms have bunk bedded. All our room have a private bath room with shower but it is not specified that there is toilet inside the rooms. But I know that my staff proposed you 1 room with a toilet (we have only 3 rooms like that in the building). But you don't choose this option .... why? You are right the rooms were cleaned completelly on departure and during a stay of 2-3 nights, our staff make just a small cleaning ( bins, lavabo and shower only if it seems to be necessary). I am not happy that you are not satisfied of our services but they are in relation with the rates and the services attended for a Youth Hostel.
