With family or friends, this spacious holiday home, equipped with WI-FI, an enclosed garden, has many highlights to spend a perfect time during a weekend, family reunion or stays with friends .

Perfectly located in the heart of the local tourist area in Tour en Sologne, you can enjoy a 160 m2 house comprising a 50m2 living room open to a fitted kitchen. You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy them around the dining table for 14 guests or outside in your garden.

Its lounge offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent discovering castles, vineyards and many other treasures of the Loire Valley. Curl up on the fold-out couch to read a good book by the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi, video games and DVD player.
The house also has a veranda area with cliclac sofa and table football.
The rooms are distributed as follows:
- On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds. These rooms share a bathroom with bath and shower.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms welcome you. They each have their private shower room and wc. Two of them have a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
Outside the house a 1000 m2 garden to allow you to enjoy summer evenings on the terrace and games for children are available. The garden is completely enclosed.

The house has cleaning products, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and central heating. Please note that cleaning, towels, sheets and tourist tax are included in the price. You can park your car in a private parking space.

Shops are located near the Logis de Chambord and 3 restaurants are to be discovered: the restaurant of L 'Agriculture, the Bistrot d'Arian, and the Gré du vent.
