"El templo es muy bonito, pero la experiencia muy decepcionante. En el check in no dan información del templo, te informan de horario de cena, desayuno y ceremonia, sin más. Las habitaciones están en fuera del templo, por lo que a las 17. No hay ningún tipo de contacto ni actividad para hacer ni te ofrecen info. La cena y el desayuno no explican los alimentos ni cómo tomarlos (de la cena hubo un niño chillando por la sala, bastante decepcionante), la cena muy bueno todo y el desayuno cositas más...

"Wonderful stay. Lovely kaiseki dinner. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The hot spings were clean and very relaxing after a long day walking and driving. Oh and the view from the room in the morning across the valley was stunning"

"Location is quite remote, no restaurants nearby that open after 8pm . The hotel provides BBQ service and have kitchen facilities inside cottage. The rock onsen is good but small. Very friendly people at front desk."

"Excellent onsen hotel right at the end of the first day of the Kohechi Kumano Kodo pilgrimage trail. I came for the onsen and mountain seclusion, but they had such good maps of the Kohechi at the front desk that I decided to walk back to Koyasan the day I checked out. It’s about 20km through the mountains from Nosegawa Onsen to Koyasan, walking on a mix of well-kept trails and paved roads; overall, a moderately difficult hike with very good signage. I highly recommend Kohechi hikers to stay at...

"The room was clean and large. The food was excellent and the monks were friendly and helpful. The grounds and facility was beautiful. We were blessed with a fresh snowfall to make it even more beautiful. Keep in mind if you go in the winter, even though your room is toasty warm, the halls are not. So any walking to dinner, a ceremony, THE BATHROOM, is all in freezing temperatures and I never got hot water from the tap to wash my hands with. "
