Approach via the sweeping drive to find this handsome cottage that’s decorated in timeless country style. Kick off your shoes in the entrance hall and peek into the spacious lounge, with its choice of comfortable seating and Smart TV. Beyond this are the dining room, including a huge table that can seat everyone, and the kitchen/breakfast room, boasting all the appliances the chef of the holiday will require. Also on this floor are a king-size bedroom, a utility room and a shower room. Head upstairs to find the remaining five bedrooms, of which one is a double with an en-suite bathroom and a small balcony with views over rolling hillsides. The other double, plus the three twin bedrooms, share a family bathroom on this floor. In the huge, sloping garden there’s a set of swings and picnic tables, plus a BBQ and a table to seat 12. The shared facilities are incredible, and guests of all ages will find something to do, whether it’s riding the 30-metre zip wire in the alpaca paddock or feeding the farm animals. You’ll have private parking for three cars.


From the 10-acre farm site you can easily access many of Devon’s incredible beaches, including Bantham, 6 miles, and Blackpool Sands, 7 miles. Enjoy cream teas and shopping in Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Salcombe, all within 11 miles, while for little ones Woodlands Family Theme Park is only 5 miles away. Also Paignton Zoo, 14 miles and the National Marine Aquarium Plymouth within 25 miles.
