"Set in beautiful grounds was lovely to sit at the top of the gardens with a glass of wine taking in the view. Nice room, not particularly big. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great both evening and breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Claire and Chris our hosts were both very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. A great welcome after our 6 hour drive! The car pass was all ready for us to park our car, our room was ready too. On arrival we were offered tea and coffee and a great choice of chocolate bars! Perfect!
Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of choice hot and cold.
The views from the guest house are beautiful. There are lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance.
Nothing was too much trouble....

"Lovley clean room and bathroom. 2nd floor room with quite steep stairs, no lift so beware if you are not very agile! Room 6 is basically in the roof, OK in winter but would be very warm in summer and noisy with gulls around as overlooking the other rooftops. Toilet had a macerator which was noisy and didn't quite flush properly once or twice - wouldn't like that again! Loose dog in the hallway when I came back from walk- barking and growling so rang bell for owner to come out. It was owner's...
