Duplex apartment located in a building of 9 properties paired Frontline Mar. Located in one of the most popular spots on the Costa Brava, Cala de La Mar Menuda, in the town of Tossa de Mar. It consists of a dining room with kitchen and a double room with bathroom on the ground floor Suit type and one double room with a separate toilet downstairs. The apartment is accessed from a communal parking, the parking space located in front of the house. The first floor terrace overlooking the sea and a private communal garden in front of the house. The beach access is directly using a staircase located at the exit of the garden. The apartment is equipped and furnished totalment. Absolutely lovely property, even better than described
Very nice property, very well located, with everything on your door step - beach, shops, restaurants, castle. Property has fantastic view and also has everything needed (or even more). Host was most helpful, welcomed and friendly, and even if we can't speak Spanish and he can speak English we still were able to communicate. We definitely would like to stay there again sometimes. That was one of the best experienced for us.

Great location
The location of the condo is wonderful. We had some problems with the not enough hot water but it was resolved quickly. It was hard to communicate with the owner on check in. We got locked out of the parking stall which was frustrating. Although it wasn’t perfect, when we had those problems we were able to contact the owners daughter who helped and was able to speak English. The condo was clean. There just needs a few improvements. The couches could be more comfortable and the shower head changed out would be two huge improvements.

Everything was as described. Clean apartment. Only afew meters from the best beach. The kitchen could do with an upgrade to look more modern. But everything functioned well. Easy to get in contact with the owner and his daughter.

Best location in costa brava!
Tossa de mar is very special, and this unit is perfectly located on Mar menuda, the best part of Tossa . It's adorable, with everything you need, if you'd know how to use them. Instructions for use of gas heating, washing machine, dishwasher and shower heads would have been helpful. The hosts delightful daughter may not have known this stuff as she greeted us upon arrival. We loved the deck, with a killer view. We would go back for sure!

Vacaciones maravillosas
El lugar es ideal para descansar y sentirse como en casa. Los dueños del departamento fueron muy discretos y agradables a nuestra llegada y a nuestra partida.
El departamento fue ideal para una pareja y está bien equipado y limpio. Está al frente del mar como para nadar o salir a caminar, y además hay varias opciones de buenos restaurantes muy cerca,

Komfortabel und direkt am Strand
Wir haben die direkte Strandlage sehr genossen. Fußläufig mehrere Restaurants und auch das Zentrum sehr gut erreichbar. Richtiges Urlaubsgefühl.
Das Appartment hat alles Nötige, allerdings bräuchte die Ausstattung hier und da eine kleine Erneuerung. Das Auto kann man in der Garage direkt vor der Haustür parken. Empfehlenswert!
