"It was a perfect location for a group of 11-13 people. Beautiful, very large garden with lots of privacy, BBQ area and a lovely pool. Directly at lake Garda, we could use the private jetty for swimming and fishing. Large living rooms (a separate one first floor), and many bedrooms. Sufficient parking space for several cars. Minor tip for improvement: the washing machine in the cellar is great, but adding a dryer would make it really complete. Toscolano is an ideal location for all kind of trips...

"Die Lage direkt am See mit privatem Steg ist exzellent (der „Strand“ ist allerdings steinig) Die Straße „oben“ ist vom Haus aus kaum zu hören, allerdings die Wellen bei Nacht. Am Essplatz mit großem Tisch aus Marmor haben wir sehr nette Abende verbracht. Die Architektur ist aus den späten 60ern oder frühen 70ern und hat viel Charme - auch wenn es langsam Zeit für eine Renovierung wird und ein richtiger Backofen anstatt des Minigrills geboten wäre. "The description on VRBO does not do this property justice - it is so much better than described. Plenty of clean appropriately sized bedrooms and bathrooms, two kitchens, with ample dining space. Outdoor sitting and eating areas, medium sized pool with lounge chairs and plenty of walking space and parking space as the property is enormous. Close proximity to several small towns on Lake Gardia makes the house perfect for relaxation, sightseeing and shopping."
