Great Location

This home was very nice for our family Vacation. The location is perfect for Capital Reef & Boulder Mountain. The hosts were great with providing us information for our stay. Would stay at this home again.

It was even better then we thought!

What a gorgeous home…layout, property, convenience to Capital Reef, and town. Hosts were quick to respond, easy check in and out, and would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property

We stayed here with a large group with kids, a teen, and adults. The house is well appointed and very comfortable with amazing views. It's also very close to the park. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

Capital Reef Base

We had a lovely time at this house in Torrey. Location was great for getting into Capital Reef, house was spacious and clean, and the little town nearby had everything we needed. We’d come back again.

Beautiful

Came with a group of friends and the house was wonderful. Comfortable seating, beautiful views, close to Capitol Reef, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, awesome outdoor space, we had a fantastic weekend!

Our stay at Sage

Beautiful clean cabin. Everything in working order. Peaceful surroundings, and gorgeous weather. We loved it all.

This cabin is beautiful and you can tell that it is well cared for and maintained. We did not spend much time there as we were off on adventures, but loved the options for entertainment available. Our only feedback would be, we would have loved to have had a little later of a checkout time. All in all, we were very happy with this comfortable stay!

Family hiking trip

Sage House is undoubtedly the nicest vacation rental home we have rented. It is beautifully finished with top notch everything. The little extras like plenty of Kleenex, Aveeno lotion in each bathroom were very much appreciated. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely want to stay at Sage House again.

Beautiful!

Everything was perfect! Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Spotless. Comfortable beds. We loved eating meals out on the huge back deck. Beautiful landscape. Quiet. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful & comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did find a few issues. TV remotes needed batteries, took batteries from a flashlight for main remote, toaster did not work, fireplace did not work and bathtub on main level did not drain. We loved the place & it was a great location.

Spring break visit

Visited Capital Reef NP during spring break. This house was amazing. More room than we needed for 7 of us. Kids loved the ping pong table. TVs were awesome for March madness tournament. Very close to NP and to Torrey for meals. Highly recommend.

OMG, that night sky!!!

We already knew Torrey was the right spot to stay for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef---but Sage House was PERFECT!! The home is incredible and a perfect spot...but most importantly the home was immaculate!! Simply beautiful! Close to town for any "needs" and nice restaurants...but the highlight? THE STARS AT NIGHT!! WOW!!

Capitol Reef Getaway

The Sage House was just as advertised with a wonderful view. The location was perfect for our outings to Capitol Reef. The house was clean and very welcoming and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and ideal for our needs. The communication with the managers was easy, timely, and very professional. We really liked the location; there are only two other houses in the complex so there is a great deal of privacy and quiet. We would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting the National Park!

Beautiful home, well stocked and great location by the park; we had a lovely stay and hope to return. We did provide the rental manager feedback on several issues that impacted our stay which they acknowledged and will hopefully address 1. washing machine door was probably closed for a long time and it is caked with mildew. We are trying to clean it but it’s not a healthy environment considering it is used for sheets and towels. I'm running a clean cycle 2. tea kettle was full of black gunk that took a lot of time to clean. Still finding floaters in my tea 3. smallest pot is a large stockpot, would be nice to add one. 4. No cleaning supplies, I used laundry detergent for the washer but it may not kill the spores in the gasket

Desert relaxation

Fun modern house in an idyllic desert setting. Roomy and inviting. A deck to die for. The manager was quick to response to every question and concern, no matter how dumb—very helpful. Location is ideal for forays into Torrey and the park. Stairs got to be a problem, but only after one of our party broke their ankle in Capitol Reef! PS - there's a medical clinic in Bicknell. Hope to visit again.

Beautiful, spacious and clean vacation cabin!

We had an amazing time staying at The Sage House cabin. There was 15 of us and it was big enough to fit us all! Amazing views, great location and a super clean rental. The check-in process was easy and very straight-forward. Thank you for the wonderful stay 😊

Fantastic location

Loved this property. Close to the park and hiking. Host was very helpful. House has great views. Found a wonderful farm to table restaurant in town ( hunter/ gather) we will be back !

Great house in a great location

Stayed here for a long weekend with a big group of friends. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Easy to get to Capitol Reef during the day. We had a great weekend!
