Absolutely fabulous! The house itself was very nice and had everything you could want or need. All of the furniture was comfortable and cozy. But our favorite part was the view. You could sit on the front or back decks to relax and enjoy the valley, mountains, hummingbirds, stars and we even saw the Milky Way!

We usually stay in the other house. We had family with us this time and needed both. Spent most of our time in the bigger house, but this is roomy enough for two. Clean and nice as always with these properties.

Wonderful stay near Capital Reef National Park!

Thanks to Linda and Martin for providing us with a very cozy home away from home! We have been to many rental properties over the years and by far this VRBO is the most well stocked/provisioned. From the kitchen to the bathroom, Linda and Martin have thought of everything. It was so nice to find a refrigerator stocked with refreshments and condiments to our liking. We found that the bathroom was well stocked and had several items “just in case” we needed them. We enjoyed the back porch, especially after a long day of hiking. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved all of the amenities, the comfortable furnishings and modern decor. We would certainly recommend this VRBO to others.

Convenient and comfortable!

Plenty of conveniences, supplies and very clean. The view was great and the bed was comfortable. Easy check in. If we are exploring the area again we would choose this place!

Great Location property was perfect.

The property is even better than described. It was the perfect location for our exploration of Capitol Reef National Park. Linda was helpful when we contacted her about our weather concerns. The property was super clean, tastefully decorated with all the amenities. We enjoyed the patio with fire pit.

Amazing home and location

Everything is exquisitely decorated, with new fixtures, appliances, and decor. The views are stunning, the stars are incredible, the park is close, the kitchen is well appointed, and the hosts are responsive and friendly. Incredible!

Beautiful place to stay!

This place was amazing and cozy! The host was great and was very quick with communication. They also thought of everything...there were beers in the fridge for us, all the spices and cooking supplies needed, and even laundry soap. It really allowed us to relax and for it to feel like home. The place was very clean, the views on the back porch were amazing every morning while drinking coffee, and it was nice and quiet. Absolutely recommend staying here...and I hope we are able to again in the future!
